Erik smiled at her, pleased that Teres was feeling better. He was rapidly learning that he preferred her looking well, and if things went his way that was always for the best for everyone around. He opened his mouth to continue the conversation onto other things to get to know this strange girl who had caught his attention without even a word, yet Michael sat down. Eric smiles slid off his face into one of slight disappointment as he again lost the opportunity he had expected, however at the same time this was a good chance to see what kind of intelligence Teres possessed. He was certain that she was absolutely worthy of him, but it never hurt to have one's faith confirmed. He listened to the riddle as Michael spoke, he thought of the answer without even a moment's hesitation, catching himself from replying just in the nick of time. He reminded himself that he had to wait patiently and let Teres have a guess first. If she got it wrong, then he could give her a clue and maybe even impress her once again.

Besides he was rather hungry, he took the lull in their conversation as an opportunity to satisfy the quiet growling that was coming from his stomach. Despite his hunger, he was careful not to eat too quickly and appear as a savage and not too slowly to appear as some sort of snob. This was a fairly constant thought, now as comfortable to him as a favorite pair of jeans. Eric knew that just like his mother had taught him, presentation was everything. As he chewed his food his right hand idly itched at his left forearm over the sleeve of his shirt. He glanced back over at Teres, taking the moment to admire her visage despite her apparent reaction to her medication. Still something seemed unique about her that he could not place. However, at the moment it was Michael who gained his attention. He seemed to be looking away from Erik, which was strange in and of itself like going to an art museum and ignoring the art, but he seemed to be purposefully avoiding his gaze. Eric raised an eyebrow at this, but did not remark on it. He could not recall being anything beyond pleasant to bizarre puppeteer today.

Alexandros

As Sulleykaar introduced himself not only as a person, but also apparently as there student body president, Alex couldn't help but feel somewhat mortified that he had spoken in such a blasé and joking manner to the man. This feeling of utter mortification lasted almost a full three seconds before Alex got over it with a brief shrug and a though of what else can you do? He turned towards the being apparently called a splice, he studied the strange creature not having seen another creature of his kind before or even seen a picture of him in several of the older libraries he had searched when he had found out what he was. This was not particularly surprising, there had not been much time yet for full study and much of the supernatural side of the world still remained a mystery for him. For instance, who knew that dragons could be student presidents? It was that kind of real world knowledge that you simply couldn't learn from books and had to experience for yourself.

"It seems we are going to go swimming for a bit!" Alex said in a rather jovial tone to Harald. He kept a very gentle pace next to the splice as it moved extremely quickly towards the lake. Once they had reached the water side Alex quickly stripped down to his boxer briefs, then took his time in carefully folding and arranging his clothes in his bag on the shore, before jumping into the water with a whoop of delight. Rush stayed atop his bag enjoying the sunlight.

@Diggerton

What Bourg said man, no rush. I get the feeling we are all pretty committed here regardless of the somewhat slow pace.

Edit-rereading that I felt like slow was the wrong word...but I'm a tad to tipsy to think of the right one lol.

I also agree - have a lovely time with your mom!

The first answer here is really confusing. When you eviction do you mean conviction? Also I don't know what you mean by the creation of the group him and the "unknown of the many contributing to it to the group homes creation. The group home is not a mysterious place by itself, it is like a halfway house for teens suffering from mental illnesses that has existed for quite some time before your character. Several of us have been there for months. You also seem to implying that if your character killed someone there it would be solid proof and that is the opportunity the police would "be advised to take advantage of." That doesn't make sense as the police would not want him to kill again to prove guilt, not only does that endanger lives it would do nothing to prove he had anything to do with the first alleged crime. I can understand if he was placed there while still being under suspicion of a crime, though with no solid case against him.

As for 2nd answer, way clearer- I want to know all of his diagnoses actually. Makes it more interesting. Depression was very clear, but are there any more?
