NGL I haven’t roleplayed in years but I still log in every so often to see if any friends from the old days hit me up. It’s nice to see that every once in a while

Well since people tend not to read the OP, you should know that you are to start off as an unseated Shinigami.....Just to get that out of the way.
But important things to know:
There was an arrancar who brought an army of Hollows to attack the Soul Society.
A year time-skip had passed since then.
An army of (Weak-ish, clone) arrancar attacked the human world in which there was a small little war then in which pretty much all Shinigami were there. Turns out that attack was just a diversion so the stronger Arrancar could attack Soul Society in which they took down Kurisa Kuchiki, Captain of Squad Six and Shinji Akihiko, Captain of Squad One and the Captain Commander.
A week time-skip happened since then, and characters are currently training.
So your character would most likely know about that/those events happening story wise.
