It's not my roleplay and I try to stray away from being a background gm, but if I can add my opinion....

This is an RP where the characters have been in space for most of their lives, using a term like 'average street rat' really doesn't fit. Not to mention there may be advanced technology, but I doubt there would be any blade remotely close to the one in your picture. I honestly doubt guards and the council would just let anyone carry around a sword, let alone a great sword.

Another thing, how could someone fifteen years of age take on twenty gang members and kill each one of them? I think there should be a mention of how that could happen. But killing in the act of self defense? Would that really get someone locked up? You claim it's because of his reputation but....If they knew about that then he would have been locked up beforehand, hence even the smallest crimes can be punishable by death. Those under eighteen get locked up and sent to earth...So why wasn't he locked up beforehand? Also a bio is there for a reason, could extend it by telling how exactly he became so good with blades and computers, that one is just a suggestion.

Minor things that I'm not going to bother writing eight paragraphs about: Why is his eyes read? Why the fuck is he fifteen yet looks like he's in his twenties? Why do you have that goddamn unicorn? ಠ_ಠ

Yeah, I'm not the type to criticism everything in someone else's RP...But I couldn't help myself this time around.
