for me irl it would be both, cursing is natural for me and my parents were swearers so i swear a lot, so that is true what you say, my characters usually dont swear a lot but its not uncommon for them to

My character curses because it's basically me. I'm an angry black guy and I tend to curse. A lot. In an apocalypse, I can see my and other's cursing habits increase because all morals and shit go out the window and no one cares how other people think/feel about their vocabulary.

Four days is pretty good. Hopefully everyone'll meet up and have happy fun times. Also that soldier guy, Elbert, is a dick.

An angry big black guy would be pretty damn useful in the zombie apocalypse honestly, but yeah, morals wouldn't mean anything anymore.

And back to the cursing thing, I don't think it's just because of the apocalypse....Well, maybe it is for some, but some others it depends on how they were raised. Others, just curse because it just became so normal for them to the point they forget it's even labeled as a curse word, like Kevin....Chances are you'll always see a "Fucker, fuck, or damn." in his post.
