Yu was a little surprised at her sudden hug, yet he didn't really mind it as he hugged her back. Yu nodded in agreement when she was thankful for Zero agreeing to help him, even keep his little power a secret from the Central 46. As she rested her head against his shoulder, it only made Yu more positive to keeping her away when Yu does battle his Hollow. "Hey, Ayashi, when I do fight it. promise me you will stay far away from me? I.... I don't want to harm you, so promise me that you will be far away when that day comes."

As he hugged her back, she let out a breath, one that would surely hit his neck. As he spoke about keeping her away if he had to fight, she hesitated before answering. With a small stutter, she finally did reply, "Y-Yu, I would want to be there to support...." she stopped and thought about it, it would sort of be like a last request for her to stay away. She understood that, and decided to go along with it. If he wanted her to stay away, then she would, for him. "Yeah, I promise. I'll stay away if you have to fight him, but be aware that this doesn't put a doubt in my mind that you will survive. You're strong, so you'll win." As she finished, her hug got a bit tighter and she gave a small laugh, "We shouldn't spend this time worrying though, let's go do something else in the meantime. Maaaaybe take your partner out to dinner?" she half joked.

As the two talked, Ayashi looked back and forth between them like she was a child, and had said nothing the whole time. Though the part about being executed if the Central found out, and being taken control of if he failed to defeat his Hollow within in an hour, it made her frown. She was beginning to like him, and he was a good guy, he didn't deserve it. But she was thankful the third seat decided to help, though that didn't bring down her fears of Squad twelve, which was why she was thankful Yu pulled her out. She feared being in there, when they were out and Yu stopped talking her emotionless took over and she gave him a tight hug ignoring his apology. Not caring if her breast squished against him like before. She hugged him still, speaking, "I'm glad he's helping you out Yu!" she spoke softly as she lifted on her toes a bit to rest her head against his shoulder.
