For one, I didn't read that part o.O I was too focused on Kenta and Captain oxoFor two, wrong! Their first interaction was Fumio daydreaming and Chie yelled at him for having nicer hair than her and then they fought for a while and then she wouldn't let him leave and tackled him so he kissed her so she'd let him leave soo there was some build-up and it wasn't entirely for romance xD

First, the only thing i remember from Rio and kemta was them getting boners from cutting each other up xD second, im talking real build up. In terms of time and this.rp being based off a shounen series, no one should even be holding hands yet. Third, this all doesn't apply to the characters actually doing other stuff.
