Squad 3's MissionThe boy just missed the attack. He stood there as Hikari shunpo'd behind him, not turning around. Miyume seemed to get angry, and he simply smirked, knowing this would be to his advantage. She rushed in, but he suddenly disappeared, reappearing slightly to the right, the sword being held in an almost entirely different method as he swung it straight at Miyume's stomach. Ryan simply put up his guard, blocking the spiritual energy wave. "Focus... That blade will work the same way as those spiritual energy waves will... The more you control your energy, the more deadly it will be." He shunpo'd next to him, swinging the hilt of his zanpakuto at Shiro.John shunpo'd to the side, seeing the byakurai go past the general area he would have been. It seemed off from where he was exactly, like the captain was simply playing with him. He knew that's probably what he was doing, but in his shikai, it somewhat enraged him to think this. He sprinted directly at Kurisa, then curved his run slightly so that he would go right past him if he continued. He then shunpo'd forward a short distance to increase his speed, dropping onto his back as he went to slide towards him. He twisted his torso and pushed off the ground so that he would fly forward with his claws swinging in each direction.

Goddammit Miyume, why'd you jump in!? Hikari thought angrily as he watched Miyume attempt to attack, the boy just teleported beside her and attempted to strike. Hikari wasn't sure if she could block it due to the teleport, as he seemed to be the only one to keep up with the boy so far, and that Miyume seemed slower than him and Chie, so he shunpo'ed over and blocked the attack staring the boy in the eye. He knew this was going to be a back and forth thing, atleast thought on it, then decided to speak on it, "There's no use fighting when it's three against one. You try to teleport and attack, one of us will come over and block the attack, while another person go towards you and attack. Rinse and repeat, no one will hit no one when it's going on like this and we'll just tire each other out. It's pointless!" Hikari said, not only to the boy, but to Miyume and Chie. And he doubted they would listen, and then began to doubt his own statement. Although his new theory could be disproved by how the boy didn't have a Zanpakuto, an assumption from which the boy threatened to kill them yet never activated something that'll give him a power boost, what if the boy had a strong ability? Of course that was turn down the statement he just said, but he also thought about how he'd defend himself. He'd have to use speed if he didn't want to harden his skin with his Spirit Energy risking to crush the other two, which he didn't want to. Geez, never wanting to talk it out huh? Hikari thought.

As they continued to head through the forest things seemed to quieten down which was good but also seemingly off for a place filled with hollow but as he thought this Kaizo had to stop due to a bottomless pit then beyond that he noticed a large boulder with a small piece of paper on it which meant they were where they needed to be but there was a problem..a big one...a hollow was guarding it and this can't have been a normal one as it's spiritual energy was massive and it's spiritual pressure equally as great then the hollow let out a roar which caused Kaizo to turn to the rest of the group then speak "Well...we came here to do a mission but I'm not going to make us do anything stupid on the account of a bad call by myself...then again I'm not going to say we retreat and give up easily when something difficult comes our way and as my decision either way effects your lives and my own I have to ask you what you all want to do. We can fight it...not saying we will win...but we may just make it out alive...or...we can run. as it stands...I'm willing to give my life for the sake of the mission...as a member of Squad 2 and a Shinigami it'd be a disgrace to both if I were to run...if anyone wants to go they can but I'm staying..." As Kaizo said this his voice carried a serious tone...he was ready to die doing his job...something a lot of Shinigami lacked in this day and age

"It wouldn't be a disgrace to run as we were ordered to run if we encountered such a Hollow," Aokiji spoke quietly, though loud enough for the group to hear, his eyes locked on Kaizo, "And I have no doubt that this is that Hollow. So my vote is to go now, like we were told.....But, you were also appointed leader of this mission. So your word also goes, so if you say fight then I'll fight alongside you. Atleast if we fight, and things start to go too bad, then we can group back up and leave. It gives us the satisfaction of trying, and also follows the Captain's orders. Though if we lose, and lose our lives, then we'll be a disgrace to Shinigami by dying from a shitty Hollow. We'll be equal to maggots....No....We'll be equal to shit.....We'll be below shit. Though there's no doubt in my mind that we can kick this thing's ass, Kaizo, I've seen you fight....You're pretty strong, maybe even stronger than me if it weren't for one of my abilities. Together we can probably take it on alone, Shoske is also here. Although I haven't seen him fight much, he must be strong if he was called here. Squad four shrimp, well, he's with Squad four....Makes him a shrimp, but he's useful if we get badly injured. He's with Squad four for a reason, yeah? So if we fight, then we have a good chance of winning from that alone. Up to you two," Aokiji said before looking away from everyone else and starring at the Hollow. Aokiji stood still, showed no emotion. He would follow through with what they wanted, despite always following orders, something good could come out of winning and there was no doubt in his mind that they could take it on.
