I would say the ones who gave the order should control the major parts, while the RPers can take control of it a little bit depending on the mission.

To this i wanna throw out that hollows vary in strength and you make a hollow that your char struggles against and becomes better because of it. Character development doesn't have to depend on other people.

If I were controlling the mission then sure, I'd make a Hollow that I'd struggle against. But I doubt anyone would have troubles with a few shitty normal ones. And it depends on the character.

Don't spar with those people then, if people have a problem with it then they shouldn't do it, shouldn't take it away from everyone just because a few people don't like it.

Another thing i wanna bring up. How about we not fight each other so much. I mean we can do it every now and then to test out strength but in bleach you really don't see people sparring for the hell of it. Except maybe in squad 11 they do that but other than them i dont the gotei really condones random sparring matches.

Most of the fun has been the sparring matches for me, it gets fucking dull having to do your fighting against Hollows all the time. You get to test your strength against those who have equal or greater strength then you, can actually improve skills, character development. It'll get too boring if the only time we'd get to draw a sword was on a mission against shitty Hollows.

.....I stated that Aokiji jumped out of the blast radius, and I'm pretty sure Kaizo wasn't right next to him, giving him more time to jump back. Not to mention he was trained in speed since he was younger considering he's in the Feng family, and considering his Squad deals mostly in speed. So don't try to make it seem like I wasn't being realistic and was godmodding or something, because I was being realistic O.o

If they both are a good distance away, plus Aokiji being in a family that's ordered to join a Squad that deals mostly in speed (I.e him being trained in speed and shiz), then it's pretty realistic that he'd be able to get away. If they were right next to each other however, then I would most likely let Aokiji get caught in the blast radius from lack of distance and time getting away. Geez <.<

Ichigo's ass is the main character and he ain't even apart of a Squad, he ain't even apart of Soul Society technically xD

You do realize the unseated ones that you see in the series that are like generic guards are probably the guys who didnt do well in the academy and that being seated doesnt mean your instantly stronger than the unseated. I know it might seem like the other chars are outrageously strong but thats just comparing them to a rank. If you compared out chars to the shows theres no doubt we'd be used to mop floors xD just had to put this cause i feel like there's a lot of griping that chars are to powerful. Considering we dont ave nything to really represent their strength in the cs it just seems like people just jumping to conclusions. I'll concede that starting with shikai is questionable which is why ive never gone through with a char that did until now which my only one.of my unseated chars has unlocked his. It really comes.down.to how you rp and interpret things.
