"Hey, least I'm not the one asking strangers riddles in our sleep," Flicker replied to Aura's comment. "Or answering them, for that matter." They shook their head slightly before folding their arms and turning away slightly from the other genasi as they waited for the aasimar to respond to Aura's answer. The strange tension that had been in their voice a moment before had gone and they seemed to be back to their usual, quieter level of grumpiness.
@rush99999 I'll edit my post, not sure what to do at this point though. Any suggestions

You have three options, from what I can see:
1. She can go drink and hang out with Jormund and Plasm. I'm sure they'd have some stuff to talk about.
2. Go after Flicker and Aura, maybe stumble upon them answering riddles. That could be a funny interaction.
3. Just have her wander around the fair. Have her take in the sights. Who knows? Maybe Rush will throw an interesting stranger at you too that may or may not be a mythical monster in disguise, we're still not sure about that.
Dang it, I knew I'd heard that riddle before...

Well, it's fine. Flicker probably doesn't have much patience to come up with an answer anyway at this point xP
I love Flicker

I'm glad to hear it. XD I enjoy writing them. It's been a really long time since I've gotten to play a more cranky character xP

Aura had likely travelled with Flicker enough that she was familiar to the variety of annoyed expressions the fire genasi could make. However, at the aasimar's cryptic response, Flicker's irritation shifted into something else, something a little sharper. "What the hell is that supposed to mean?!" When the aasimar rattled off another riddle, Flicker just about done with this whole situation. "Urgh, just answer him so we can get on with it. I'm no good at these," they said to Aura, before muttering, more themselves, "I knew this camp was going to be full of wierdos."
Gunna give Flicker and chance to answer before I do. I know the answer to this one too and even though I am sure Flicker won't wanna respond still worth giving a shot.

I feel like I've heard this riddle before, but for the life of me I can't remember the answer.

However, I am going to have Flicker say something.

I had intended to have this guy just be an aasimar. But now that you've given me the idea, yes, he is a sphinx in disguise.

You know

I knew the moment I said this

it was going to come back to haunt me

and I said it anyway
@Guardian Angel Haruki Lol You are good I didn't take it as impatient. ^-^ Just stating we are dealin with a weirdo :P

If this aasimar turns out to be a sphinx in disguise I'm gonna lose it.

I honestly wouldn't put it past Rush, considering they threw a freakin' night hag at us earlier xD
Flicker kept quiet as they followed Aura about the camp, letting the air genasi do most of the talking. She was much better at the niceties than they were. However, as they continued to walk around with little success of finding their target, Flicker started to become more and more visibly agitated, and was about to suggest they give up the search and returned to the rest of the group... when they heard the snoring. They turned to face the source of the noise, putting their fists up in a defensive manner and carefully eying this stranger - an aasimar - as he approached them and suddenly offered up what sounded like a riddle.

They gave a side glance at Aura, almost as if to ask what they should do when the other genasi just answered. Flicker grimaced at this, their glance turning into a full-on glare at their comrade. "Really? We're really answering riddles from complete strangers?" they hissed at Aura. "Is that what our day has become?"
@Guardian Angel Haruki Yo, you said you're character was a paladin, not a bard xD
