What would Flicker know about Deep Sashelas?

Cascade’s next answer is going to be fun to write. XD

I can imagine xP
Rala is bad cop.

Aura is good cop.

Flicker is just tired cop.
Flicker resisted the urge to roll their eyes at Aura's overly flirty way of speaking to Cascade. It seemed she'd taken quite a liking to their new acquaintance, which the water genasi either didn't notice or was purposively ignoring. Probably a good call, either way. From what Flicker was gathering from the way she spoke, Cascade seemed like the kind of person who wore her heart on her sleeve, very unlike the other genasi woman in their group. Very much unlike everyone in their group, now that Flicker thought of it. They weren't the most emotionally open crew. The fire genasi could only hope Cascade wouldn't be put off by their more close-to-the-chest nature.

Still, Rala's suspicion seemed to soften slightly, agreeing to take this job if Jormund was. Flicker gave a small nod. "Well then, I guess that's sorted," they said. They then looked at the water genasi again. "You mentioned divine magic. You're religious then, like Jormund here?"
Jub is a nerd, an angy nerd.

I view him more as an angry theater kid, to be honest xD
I wrote my post before I rolled the dice xP

Apparently, Jub was that annoyed with Zavakri and that scared for Brutrumukk, he went into the wizard equivalent of a Rage. And he didn't even use Fury of the Small.
Jub the Peculiar

"Is this really the time to be discussing the probability of giant serpents!?" Jub shouted over to Zavakri. The sudden appearance of the giant snakes had caught him off-guard, causing him to freeze up in fear as his mind raced through the many, many ways Brutrumukk could meet his demise. It was only the human woman's babbling about muscle mass and dietary concerns that seemed to trigger some form of irritation that snapped him out of this trance. "Humanoid bunny rabbits that steal your memories! Inexplicable megafauna! I think we just have to accept that nothing in this place makes any goddamn sense!" With that, and powered by a mixture of terror and annoyance, he got on all-fours and sprinted like a startled cat closer to the two snakes, though still keeping some distance from them. He then stood up to his full height and, making the same gesture he had made with his hands when facing the rabbits earlier, flung a fireball at one of the snakes.

tfw you want to be nice to another player character, but your character is an absolute mess xP
Flicker frowned as they listened to Cascade's request, and was about to open their mouth to speak where Rala suddenly materialised out of nowhere and voiced suspicion of their new acquaintance.

"And people say I'm paranoid," Flicker muttered. "Though you do have a point." They looked at Cascade again. "Surely there were other people who could have aided you and your village. Why come all this way looking for Jormund? Especially considering you didn't seem to know he had a group with him. Don't get me wrong, guy's tough but he is just one guy, and definitely not the only one out there willing to stand up to raiders and the like." Despite the questions, Flicker's tone was far less accusitory than Rala's. They did sympathise with Cascade's plight, but after their last job had went awry, it probably was worth being cautious and getting as much information as they could before they agreed.
Ill get a post up in maybe a few hours.

Do you want me to wait to post with Flicker until after you've posted?
