Editted. Poor Jub xP
Well, hold that thought...
Remember that Jub lost his ability to keep secrets?

Why don't we do a Wisdom Saving Throw? Let's have it be against your own spell DC.

... I got a 4. I'm guessing that means I have to edit my post? xP
That moment you realise that none of the characters you're playing in your current RPs are good at being emotionally open with their friends xP

One day I'll play a character who isn't afraid to openly and honestly discuss their feelings. One day.
Jub the Peculiar

"Best thing I've ever been given?" Jub paused in his meal and tilted his head to one side. "Well, now, that's a tough one. While the most important thing I own is, of course, my spellbook, I wasn't exactly given that." He frowned. In truth, he had received very few gifts in his time, and none of them were particularly noteworthy. They had been either things like food or money, interchangeable things that you didn't hold onto for too long. Jub's ears were drooping slightly as he was starting to think he'd have to admit to his new friends that he didn't have any fond memories like that...

... then he remembered Gabriel giving him his bag of pixie dust back at the Carnival, the bag he still had among his belongings. It had been a small thing, and he'd forgotten it not long after, but it had been nice to get given something like that out of the blue.

Of course, he wasn't sure how comfortable he felt admitting that to his companions. They might make fun of him. He opened his mouth to lie and say he couldn't think of anything but instead... "Well, there was that pixie dust Gabe gave he me at the carnival," he said. "That was pretty nice." Once he realised what he had just said, his face flushed. "Ha ha... wow this is really good food, ma'am, what's your secret?" he quickly said before proceeding to stuff with face with food, praying to whatever gods were currently listening that his friends would ignore what he just said.
I'll wait for Vertigo's next reply before Garrock responds.

Just checking real quick, now that Shieldwing knows of Skobeloff's bravery, Skobeloff now has a friendship gem from him, yes?

I'll go ahead and say 'yes' for now, since Digi said Shieldwing would approve if Skobeloff told the full story.

On top of that, this is a reminder to everyone that if you see one of the other PCs displaying your character's virtue, feel free to mention that you're giving them a friendship gem.
Once he had gotten over the surprise of Fellwing's sharp words, Garrock's frown morphed into an outright snarl. Clearly, the Seer had hit a nerve. "If I had had my way, whelp, I would have come here by myself to sort out this mess," the bearded dragon said, his tone implying it was taking all his restraint to keep himself from shouting. "Or at very least with an older, more experienced clutch. Thanks to current events and the wisdom of our omniscient council, however, I am forced to play chaperone to a bunch of flightless, senseless rawscales who spend more time conversing with elementals and fairies than actually doing their job." His tail started to lash about in irritation, uprooting several small plants and sending a few pebbles flying into the water. However, after a moment, his tail stilled and he rose to his full height, taking a moment to collect himself before continuing. "And need I remind you, Kebros, as your chaperone, I will be reporting to your sponsor and all the council about your work here. So I'd cut the backchat if I were you, unless you want a particularly scathing review from here on out."
@Vertigo I will never not love Fellwing's sheer lack of respect for Garrock. She is absolutely done with his grumpy old-timer nonsense, and I am here for it.

Just a note: in-universe, the term 'drake' is used for young dragons. Adult dragons are just, well, dragons xP

Skobeloff's gonna give Garrock another round of Study Someone to see what the next step in his side project is.

With a 7, Skobeloff will figure out how to get Garrock to give away that secret or vital piece of information now that he has proven his adventure soloing capabilities to the big guy.

Skobeloff figures out that he'd have to talk to Garrock alone at some point. The guy's hardly about to give away any vital information in front of all these people.
As Skobeloff went off on his tale, Garrock's expression remained stuck between annoyance and concern, though over the course of the story, the Trickster starts to see the slightest hints that the bearded dragon may, in fact, be just a little bit impressed.

"Well, at least some of the missing dragons are safe," he says once Skobeloff is done. There is then a long pause before Garrock says, very very begrudgingly, "I suppose you did alright, all things considered. Good job." He raises his head slightly before turning his gaze on the rest of the group. "I hope the rest of you were doing something useful as well."
