Also, considering this next chapter is likely going to have a lot more dragon NPCs and is about how your characters function in dragon society normally, I've got a couple of things I would like to establish.
As mentioned, how involved dragons are in the lives of their offspring varies wildly. Some examples based on characters that you've already met or have been mentioned:
- Fogdance is very active in her offspring's lives, to a point that some might consider her very unusual
- Tamba and Pleexem's parents are completely absent from their lives, to the point that they might not even know who they are
- Kurkar was initially a decent part of Topaz's life up until she became a winged drake, in which case he started dialing back his involvement in his affairs significantly up until they were practically strangers
We already know how Stargaze was raised, and me and Digi did discuss some things about what Shieldwing's family situation is like. So
@Vertigo @rush99999 how involved would you say Fellwing and Skobeloff's parents are in their lives? You are free to even say they don't know who their parents are if you don't want that to be a part of their character at all. Also note, their parents might not even be in the same House as them, which will obviously effect how much a part of their lives they can be.
