Jub the Peculiar

Jub had been about to open his mouth in an attempt to try and persuade Brutrumukk that maybe they shouldn't go back to the cottage right now when the bugbear was attacked and dragged into the water... bringing Jub down with him. The goblin quickly found himself flailing about in the water in an attempt to stay afloat as his mind was cycling through what in the hells he was going to do.

During this time, Gabe used some sort of spell in attempt to incapacitate the merrows that were attacking them. However, instead of working on their intended targets, it instead put the submerged Brutrumukk to sleep instead, as Jub could now see air bubbles coming out from beneath the water. Panicked, he let out a few curses in the goblin language before taking a deep breath and diving under the water to get to Brutrumukk. Upon reaching him, he attempted to shake the bugbear awake.

....OK then...

Officially in character, Gabriel casts the spell over the area where he saw Brutrumukk got pulled in and the recent activity. The spell takes hold. But it is hard for him to immediately tell who is asleep and who isn't due to the murky swamp water.

He'll need to roll a Perception check.

Results

@rush99999 Brutrumukk is now asleep in the water, and he has a number of rounds equal to his Constitution Modifier (2 Rounds) until he drowns.

The Merrow are at full HP, so the sleep spell does not take hold on them.

EDIT: Now that I think about it...
@XxFellsingxX I'll need you to roll Perception as well. Jub has a lower DC to beat because he's closer.

Tsak comes in, somehow manages to lift Brutrumukk out of the water with one hand, and Jub with the other, supplexes them both over her head, singlehandedly saves the party and is all like "You missed me?"
