I'm also still here.
And thus likely begins Chapter 2's trend of me finally getting to debut some NPCs I've really been looking forward to you guys meeting.
As the group talks among themselves, Fellwing notices that the dragon that was staring at Garrock is making his way over to the group... and the first thing she notices as he gets close enough is that he looks very much like Garrock. He's a little chubbier, his scales and eyes are a different colour - reddish-brown and bright orange respectively - and he has a spade-like end to his tail as opposed to Garrock's club... but other than that, there is a unmistakable resemblance. Given this and that he seems to be about the same age as the grumpy Tessith warrior, Fellwing can safely bet he's Garrock's sibling, likely even from the same batch of eggs. He's currently eying Garrock, seemingly uncertain whether it's him or not. He looks hopeful, but Fellwing can also detect the tiniest hint of apprehension in his expression.

"A rest would probably be in the best interests of all of us," Vipereyes said after the younger dragons had spoke up. "My wings are not as young as they used to be." She glanced over at Alto, would simply nodded in agreement.

Garrock heaved a heavy sigh. "Guess it can't be helped," he muttered. "I suppose it's better to rest here than on the road, anyhow. Well, a small break won't kill us-"

"Garrock?" the dragon finally speaks, and in that instance, the whole group can see Garrock tense up in surprise before his expression becomes that of annoyance.

"Apparently I spoke too soon," he muttered flatly.

The mysterious dragon was moving quicker towards the group, practically bounding at a brisk pace that is surprising for a dragon his size. He looks almost like he's about to tackle Garrock, but somehow the Tessith dragon seems to anticipate this because he quickly steps out of the way, causing his doppelganger to fall face-down on the ground in the middle of the group. "Owwwww...." the dragon groans before slowly raising his head. "Whyyyyyy...? Why do you always do this?" He gives a loud sniff like he's upset, but it's easy for everyone to tell that it's most likely in jest.

"I'm carrying an injured dragon, Rudrick!" Garrock said. "If you had any sense between your horns, you'd have noticed that."

Rudrick, still on the ground, cranes his neck to see the unconscious Maug lying on Garrock's back. "Huh," he said. "My bad." He stands up and begins brushing the dirt off his scales.
Kyte: *Talks about how he feels stronger after Stargaze healed his wing*
Stargaze:

Yeah, I had a feeling she'd be happy about that xD
Skobeloff seized a position that gave him a good view of Yves, granting him +1 ongoing to roles that would help with. Such rolls might include surveying an area on the island's surface. (Having already seen it from afar, Skobeloff would have a few ideas on where to start looking.) or traversing the wilderness of Yves. (A bird's eye view of the island's wild places could have revealed a path or two.)

Huh... yeah, that actually might come in handy. That works.
'Snouthold' is great. That is it's canonical name now, thank you Rush.

But what exactly is Skobeloff trying to sieze a position on right now? I'm a little confused.
Oh damn, decided to roll for funsies, and apparently Fellwing continues on her good roll streak, because I got a 10.

Uh. Maybe she's really good at navigating the currents.

Seeing Stargaze scare a creature of Darkness with her words alone filled her with determination... or something xP

That or she's fueled by anxiety.
@XxFellsingxX Decided to roll for it, and Stargaze got a 9

As per PbtA rules, that is a partial success.

So... hmm... almost feels like I should make move for this.

Alright, if you decide to roll, here's the rules:
- On a miss (6 or lower), you're exhausted.
- On a partial success (7-9), you're fine.
- On a success (10 or higher), you're not just good, but feeling surprisingly energized despite everything you've been through recently. Maybe you still have a lot of adrenaline in your system.
Fogdance: *stares at Stargaze* ...Breathtaking. I shall call her....'Mini-Me',

... I didn't even notice that. I'm gonna fix that. Clearly, my brain was just so happy to have finished the post by the deadline it freaking crumbled at the finish-line.

As for deciding how tired your drakes are, that is up to you. You can roll for it if you really want to (by rolling a 2d6 like you do with everything else in this game), but you can also just decide based on what you feel fits best for your character in this moment.
Ah... That is unfortunate. I shall hold off on reading any further then.

I mean, you can continue reading if you want. That's the main chapter that is a bit spoilery and, again, some of it is a bit different in our canon than in the books. I think there's only other chapter that has some significant stuff and I'll send you the title of that chapter in a PM. Maybe skip that one.
