I'll get a post up in the next couple of days.
I found this short and I can't help but think that this would be the result if Emily tried to give Nevermore a Griffon form and it goes horribly wrong! XD ROFL!

As someone who thinks griffons are Very Cool and loves coming up with unique designs for them, I approve of this.

Though the Crow doesn't need to be a griffon to want to fight God for half a bagel. I think with his newfound magnetism power he would already try to do that xP

The NPC section is up! Little bare bones at the moment, but that should change over time.
NPCs

Archmage Lapin (he/him)
Ancestry: Highborne Human
Occupation: Archmage of Haven and teacher at magical academy
Description: Pepper's former teacher during her time at magic school. He renowned for making several breakthroughs when helping to perfect a cure for Serpent's Sickness... breakthroughs that may not actually be his own.

Archmage Phylax (they/them)
Ancestry: Loreborne Dwarf
Occupation: High Magus of Haven
Description: After learning about the Crimson Lady's Veil from Fanewick sages and it's potential to cure the Serpent's Sickness, Phylax spearheaded the plan to track down the goddess Nikta and pluck out her Reaping Eye, hoping to increase the growth of this magical flower and save their people. While successful, their plan has lead to some unforeseen consequences. They have become a little more reclusive since, yet have shown no intention to give the Eye back.

The Fanewraith (she/her)
Ancestry: Unknown
Occupation: Leader of Fanewick's rebellion against Haven
Description: A mysterious figure said to operate a rebel sect within the treetop village of Alula. Not much is known about her as few have actually met her in person. Currently seeking a way to stop the Witherwild, with her most recent plan involving the removable of Nikta's remaining eye.

Gokuanni (she/her)
Ancestry: Loreborne Simiah
Occupation: Sage and healer of Alula Village
Description: One of the Fanewick sages who befriended Archmage Phylax before Haven's invasion, and is responsible for telling them of the Crimson Lady's Veil. Given what this lead to, it goes without saying that Gokuanni deeply regrets her decision to trust the Archmage, and has become deeply suspicious of all Havenites since.

Kreil Dirn (he/him)
Ancestry: Slyborne human/giant
Occupation: Haven's Spymaster
Description: Responsible for keeping his singular eye on Haven's populace through a network of spies. While he seems to disagree with Archmage Phylax's actions, he had yet to do anything to rectify them, instead turning his efforts to stamping out what he perceives as the current threat: stamping out any traces of rebellion that may come from Fanewick.
Thank you kindly. Did you already have a name for the faun or shall I be needing to come up with one?

I hadn't come up with a name for him, no. He's pretty much a blank slate.
I'm currently sick because of food poisoning, so my post will probably take a bit. Sorry!

Oof! I'm really sorry to hear that. Please take it easy and allow yourself to recover.
@XxFellsingxX

Would you consider the wounded faun a valid target for the Well-Connected feature?

Sure! Go for it!

As Arnannel, Dimple and Pepper all make their own separate ways across the village, all three will hear a similar commotion as seven figures come charging out from the trees, all of them seeming a little shaken and shouting to one another. Three of them seem to be lagging behind the rest, with two having to support the third, a somewhat portly faun man who appears to be badly wounded. The group make their way to one of the ground-level ladders, and the shouting begins to get louder and more agitated as they try to figure out how to haul their injured comrade up into the trees. Several villagers have taken notice, with some of the simiah members even hopping down from the platforms and scaling down the trunks to some of the lower branches, hanging from either their feet or tails as they offer to help carry the faun up.

Before any decisions can be reached, however, an eighth figure comes bursting out from the trees, a tall, broad-shoulder katari woman resembling a panther. She glances over her shoulder, as if something might be following her, before making her way towards the rest of the group. Without another word, she snatches the faun man from the other, hoists him over her shoulders and begins climbing up the ladder, leaving the rest of the party temporarily stunned before she shouts something at them and they all start climbing after her.

Once the katari has reached the tree tops, she wastes no time rushing towards the clinic, leading her to cross one of the bridges that Arnannel is making his way across. Because of the bridge's rickety structure, the katari's large frame and the fact she's carrying an injured man, she wastes no time being polite and gives a shriek, clearly communicating without words that he either needs to get out of the way now or risk being pushed aside.

From his position on the ground, Hasdrubal witnesses the same commotion those above him do, though being much closer to the action allows him to pick up extra details. For one, after the katari and the faun have ascended the ladder, the remaining members of the group and the simiah who swung down to land are left squabbling amongst themselves, with a couple of them glancing back to where they came from. The conversation is quite frantic, with several people trying to talk at once, but Hasdubral is able to see from how the bows, arrows and other assorted gear that this group were hunters, and they must have encountered something during this recent hunt that is responsible for the faun man's injury. He's also able to see that the faun wasn't the only one who is injured, though none as badly.

@Vertigo

From his place on the balcony, Capriccio hears the same commotion, and should he decide to turn his gaze back, will see the same thing. What he will note that the others might not, is that one of the members of the hunting party breaks off from the rest of the group, climbs up the ladder and makes his way towards the Curved Tail. This is an older simiah man resembling a howler monkey. Capriccio will definitely hear him as he enters the tavern, partially because of the rest of the tavern becomes more hushed as he enters. Capirccio will then hear him stumbling over to the bar, and shouting "I'll take whatever is strongest. And give me the largest tankard you have, I'm gonna need it!"
Another simpler way to do it would be to decide the first die rolled on the onsite roller (leftmost shown in the results) is always Hope, and the second Fear, for example. That's what we do when playing DH on virtual tabletop.

...
Yeah that might be better, honestly.
@XxFellsingxX

Out of curiosity, how are we going to determine which dice is Hope and which is Fear when we roll?

So I was going to get to that until we rolled, but honestly I probably should have put it in the rules upfront.
Until I can figure out a better system, you'll have to do the two rolls separately using the onsite roller, and you'll have to mark them as such in the roll's notes.

So for example, if you were to roll for Finesse, you make two rolls: one would be Finesse (fear) and the other Finesse (hope)
