I strongly suspect people just aren't noticing you because you've leaped onto the "villain has a secret lab" bandwagon without giving people a chance to get in on the action.

So Shockwave just got angry and raised his voice. Shockwave, whose primary personality trait across the various Transformer universes is having a complete and total lack of emotion and being ruled by cold, hard logic. Hell you even defined his personality as such, makes sense since it's his main feature beyond the physical aspects of "purple, gun arm, boxy faceless head". So, you know, I just feel like this is acting out of character. Especially since knocking some stuff around hardly seems enough to upset Shockwave. It took the Dinobots turning up to ruin a plantary scale experiment that might've saved the entirety of Cybertron on purpose, and over a petty grudge of "you showed us up", to make him feel upset in IDW, and it passed rather quickly, for example.

Standard procedure for things that fall out of the Warp is usually "burn it". You'd really need an excellent reason to send guys poking around inside it.
