There was some sort of tune in her head and a red mist, both of which sh quickly recognized from that attack at the hospital. Mentally she could only curse their luck, with whoever this was showing up just when they were about to leave. And from the way they were calling out, it seemed like they couldn't hide their presence either.
She nodded to Penny, stepping back and chanting her incantation as she transformed. The duo were clearly magical, and she was not going to let them get in any free shots if she could help it.
Normally she wouldn't have made assumptions, but the intelligence that Beacon had as well as the duo themselves indicated that they were probably the ones that had been camping out here, and the ones they had been sent to find. With cover blown there was no reason to not go public and see if they could handle this the easy way.
She shook her had to penny before stepping into sight of the duo out front. "Regardless of what everyone might think these days, Beacon does not approve of monster girls setting up next to its territory. I suggest you find a new place to stay elsewhere in the city, quickly. You won't get a second warning." She waited to see how they would respond, though she had the feeling that it wouldn't end well. They always fought.
