[2] It can also be effective in subverting the person's expectations. Take for instance Spec Ops: The Line. Looks like a boring military shooter, but is actually a grim look into the horrors of war.

Ev sighed and looked back at Serah. "Sorry. It's just till she calms down." She said somberly then wrapped her arm around Yasmin. "You okay now?" She asked. Miriam though couldn't stop laughing at all the chaos, which was getting on Evelyn's nerves.

Evelyn quickly caught up to the two, already out of breath. Blame it on the cigarettes. "Serah, would you let go of her already?! Jeez!" She yelled out of breath and yanked Serah's hand away from Yasmin's wrist, but stopped Yasmin before she could run away. "Yasmin, it's okay! Serah was only trying to help! We all were!"

@carla6677 "and I said no." Serah ran over to the fire alarm and slammed her fist down on it, everyone quickly going out the building at the sound of the alarm going off. Everyone but Serah.

"Miriam! Back off!" Ev growled to the ghost, who let go of Serah huffing and turning her nose up at Evelyn, ~"Hmph! Suit yourself."~ The ghost hovered away. Evelyn then turned back to Yasmin grabbing her hand. She grabbed her guitar cloth from her jacket and tossed it over to Serah. "Here. Sorry about that." Soon realizing she had yelled at Miriam...out loud. She sighed and followed behind Yasmin, trying to catch up with her, meanwhile the fire alarm ringing like crazy.
