He introduced himself earlier to Meruin. He has not however introduced himself to Swen.
Chen Avarice
Chen began to wander around after the whole debacle at the library, smiling at the punishment he had inflicted upon the idiot who dared try to harm knowledge. He subconsciously knew that he had done nothing to her and that the wannabe priest had done all the work, but it made him feel nice thinking that he took down a possibly powerful familiar.
'Yeah, I'm awesome. I can take down a avatar of fire with only a few well placed words and my own commanding presence. It's a wonder that people aren't swarming to become my loyal servants. I wonder how I would go about checking out a book. Maybe I could find a good book on Wind Magic. Not that I need help with it or anything.'
He walked back into the library after doing a complete circle through the hallways and noticed a strange scene before him. A man was proposing to Meruin while kneeling on one knee. The library was a magnet for insanity it would appear.
"I share an interest in that field, and am wondering if we could study it together after I take you to the introductory ball in a few days time!"
No, he was just asking her to the ball. That was slightly worse actually, acting like he was royalty and kneeling down for something as simple as a ball. This won't do, this won't do at all.
Chen cleared his throat and stared at the kneeling couple in front of him. He then frowned, his mood ruined by the display of open affection in front of him, and began to speak.
"I don't think the library is the appropriate place for a loud invitation to a party slash ball. Some people actually wish to read in here. In the library. Where people read. Without loud distractions like people yelling about a party slash ball that nobody cares about."
Chen looked at Meruin and smirked, she looked quite nice right now. She deserved a better date than this bumbling fool who had the audacity to do... something!
"Besides, if this lovely young lady were to go to the ball with anyone, it would be with me. She deserves something more than some fool who would forget to introduce himself before asking someone to a ball."
He walked past the two and began looking for a book on Wind Magic as he said this making sure to keep a steady stride and a steady breathing pace.
'What the fuck did I just say?! Why the hell did I just say that?! God damnit Chen, could you just once shut your fucking mouth instead of just blurting out your stupid feelings?!
"With that being said, would you like to go to the ball with me, Ms. Hazy?"
He turned back towards Meruin and Swen, with a smile on his face and his hands behind his back clasping each other. He wrung his hands behind him, making sure to appear calm to everyone in the room.
'STOP IT YOU FUCKING IDIOT!!! YOU'VE ALREADY DUG YOUR GRAVE, THERE'S NO NEED TO DIG FURTHER!!!'
His palms were sweaty, his heartbeat was going crazy and it took all of his willpower not to start hyperventilating. The last time he was this nervous was when he pissed off Wrath all those years ago.

Chen Chideta
Chen sighed when Ruxen brought up the Legend Relic and looked at her. "I don't want to just mess around with a Legend Relic, as far as I know this could just cause my entire body explode the moment I pump some Mana into it." He pulled the Legend Relic out with his gloved hand and frowned. He closed his hand around it and shook his head. "Perhaps you're right though. Maybe activating this requires the more direct approach. Maybe I have to go against years of teaching that say not to mess with ancient unknown artifacts. I can't believe I'm doing this." Chen hesitated and cursed lightly under his breath. He began looking around to make sure that nothing nearby could hurt him. He stared at the little green gem in his hand as he internally debated whether this was really a good idea or not. It was most certainly not a good idea.
"Alright then. Wish me luck. I hope I don't enter a vegetative state or something idiotic along those lines." He muttered that last part to himself as he sat down, resting against the trunk of a large tree, and removed his glove. He then took the Legend relic in his bare hand and began channeling some Mana into it, enough to activate it hopefully.
I'll post when I am able to get on an actual computer, as of now all I have is my phone.

Chen looked surprised as Melody began to walk out in response to his yelling. He quickly replaced that with a smug grin as he crossed his arms and smiled. "Yeah, that's right! Obey the scion of the Greed lineage! Tremble before my might!" He was suddenly interrupted when he felt his magic completely suppressed by some unknown force. His smug grin twisted into a scowl and he twisted his body towards Cole. "Stop that now. I won't tolerate having some holy as thou Fuck suppressing my magical heritage."
Luckily, Chen never had to say anything in the first place because Cole quickly turned it off. He picked up the hooded child saying something about an Oni and Chen filed it away in the back of his mind. He noticed that Melody was now rapidly turning into glass and he smiled, that's what you get for threatening knowledge. He then looked back to Cole and his scowl warped back into his usual smug grin. "Thanks buddy. Sorry for the outburst, I take pride in my family, ya know?" He chuckled and tossed the book he as holding behind him.
"Man that was pretty fucking intense huh? Glad that shit is over. Time for introductions I guess! I'm Chen Avarice, son of Prince Greed, scion of the Greed lineage, yada yada yada. I'm a big deal." Chen shrugged humbly, even though he was clearly very proud of this fact. "Your turn." He pointed at a random person, not really caring who he was pointing at.

@floodtalon People were yelling? Katsumi doesn't yell by the way. Just in case you were talking about her. She raises her voice a bit. xDD She doesn't have time to be wasting her breath yelling at anyone~
For Chen, anything above normal conversation level is yelling, no matter how quickly it was. And Chen can always take the time out of his day to yell at someone. How thoughtful of him :D
It's not common knowledge what people's races are. Not like anyone knows that Chen is the prince of Greed or whatever. XD
Fair enough. He's probably going to make it common knowledge quickly though lol
