Talonite's hotdogs were stolen out of his hand by a flock of Pikipeks and Talonite growled in frustration. The Aipoms rushed by him and York along with a group of three strangers, suddenly making Talonite feel a bit lighter. "Ah crap." He muttered as he realized almost instantly what had just happened. He had done the very same thing to people, just without the big spectacle.

"Wow. You could've sold those Pokedexes for at least 1,000 Poke each. Now you're going to lose your score and whatever cash you have on you." Talonite snarled as he released Necro's from his Pokeball.

York wanted to battle as well and Talonite nodded. "I'll go support and you attack." He muttered just quietly enough that only York could hear the statement.

Grafdakka crashed through the hole in Henry's wall because fuck common courtesy. He didn't care too much though, this was honestly nothing compared to the rest of the day's events. Grafdakka had quite a few zany items on him now, the condom was definitely coming off as soon as possible, and Francisca was swinging around on one such attachment. She yelled about how Henry should've given Miyu to her and Henry shook his head. "Even if I had known what she was going to do I wouldn't have given her to you. I don't want my property to be involved in such... raunchy activities." He blushed slightly as he said the last bit. "And she is still my property, temporary escape or no. Her free days are numbered. Henry clutched his fist tightly and moved past Francisca towards Grafdakka.

"As for fusing, no. Fusions are risky business that I want nothing to do with. But piloting is something I can get behind. If you can figure out a way for me to control without having to fuse with him then we can negotiate." Meanwhile his mind was already racing. Rufus wanted to see them already? There's no way he just heard there talk of a coup, if he had then he would already be here turning them into moderate or something. No, he most likely wants to talk about the mission and how Miyu fucked them. Which was his fault for putting her in command.

"And Sliske. As for that thing we were just discussing... let's put that off for now."

Ryan waited for everyone to finish their preparations outside the "boss fight" room, casting Media on everyone before they entered. Some people stayed by themselves. Some talked to others. Ryan spent his preptime preparing himself enotionally. Whoever was in their was going to say some crazy stuff, deny their Shadow, maybe even attack it. It was his job to make sure that person made it out alove, no matter what. If the person ran towards their Shadow, he needed to grab them and shield them with his own body if he had to. This was it. He was going to make sure he was useful, no dragging everyone down.

Things were already in full swing as they entered, the girl was arguing with her Shadow like he had and like everyone else had. Come to think of it, did Ruins have a Shadow? It kinda seemed like he was the first one to gain their Personality judging from his leadership role. Same with Kami. Questions for another time.

She denied her Shadow and it began to morph into a Shogun, reminiscent of an anime he had once watched. She began to attack the Shadow and Ryan stepped forwards. "Wait, stop!" He was about to chase after her but Rui stepped in first, saving her from herself. Literally.

Some Knights began to form up around them and with a quick order from Kami the fight was on. Ryan summoned Eric and had it swing it's sword in the direction of the Knights, cutting them all up in one fell swoop. He looked towards Jun and sighed as Rui scolded her. "He probably could've worded that better but yeah. I had one too..." Ryan's face heated up in embarrassment as he thought about his Shadow, but he shook his head and banished those thoughts. With one final nod of encouragement Ryan moved away from Jun and started throwing out some more Gale Slashes at the Knights.

Talonite

After buying some supplies for the road Talonite and York set off onto Route 9. They weren't in need of food for sure judging by all the food stalls around, so Talonite ended up buying a Unova style hotdogs to chow down on. They were heading to the university York had spoken so highly of, apparently many people from the research lab had studied there. Sounds like the type of place Team Skull would have tried to rob. Key word being tried.

York went through a couple of nicknames and Talonite cringed at the last one. " If you have to nickname me, go with Talon. And yeah, I know about fossil revival. Got an Archen revived in Alola, weird dude wanted to make an entire park filled with revived Pokemon."

Henry has lost the ability to give a fuck. After the BS of last battle he just doesn't care anymore. He feels like Miyu did when she fought Henry.

Henry's Hellhounds snarled as Sliske intruded on his territory and Henry lifted his head up to look at Sliske. His eyes glowed Silver as he briefly contemolated trying to slice his head off with a chainsaw, deciding against it because it honestly seemed like way too much effort right now. Sliske offered a temporary truce in exchange for Henry's help overthrowing Rufus and Henry began to laugh like a madman. He started coughing up some blood in the middle of his giggling fit but it was definitely a lot less than earlier. He started laughing even harder though, slapping his hand on the ground for seemingly no reason.

"Your eyes are on fire you know." He managed to get out in the middle of his fit of giggling. Finally he took a few deep breaths and looked at Sliske. "This is fucking hilarious you know. You think you can take on Rufus. Unless you suddenly gained the ability to create black holes out your asshole, you stand no chance. What's even funnier that you went to me. My dad was ten times stronger than me and he got thrashed by Rufus. In what world do I make any reasonable contribution in your quest to dethrone the king of Hell? Honestly, the only reason I killed my dad was I saved my trump card till the very end when he thought I was dead. Henry shook his head and pulled a pack of cigarettes out of the Gates of Tartarus, offering them to Sliske. "You want one? I don't smoke, nasty habit and all that jazz. Anyways, I'll join you. I imagine if I don't you'll enslave my soul or some BS, but I don't like the shit shithead anyways. Fucking tried to choke Cero." Cero's head perked up at the sound of his name, the Hellhounds had mostly calmed down by now.

"You seen a giant robot around recently? That's mine and I wanted to go grab it before we go off to be tortured for all eternity. We should also grab Victoire. Fuck it, let's get the whole gang together! You missed so much, Balrog fused with a Machina. He's the robot I'm talking about by the way." Henry's arm had finally fixed itself and he used it to push himself onto his feet.

Talonite shrugged as he followed York to the League Registration Desk. "Already signed up. You sure do smile a lot ya know. Kinda reminds me of someone." He said as his mind flashed back to the Champion who had effectively disbanded Team Skull.

"What university are we talkin about?" Talonite asked as an after thought.

Cobalt sighed as Emerald attempted to slip by everyone, just because they didnt have the hearing of a Faunus didn't mean they couldn't hear at all. "Hey Diamond, could you go after her?" Before he had even finished the sentence she was already gone, pursuing the runaway neko. Cobalt sighed and looked at Oswald. "I think I might be getting out today. Any news for you?"

His scroll suddenly beeped as he received a message from Diamond.

To: Take aim first ask later
You look like you'll be the first one out, assuming Emerald doesn't sneak off again. Come find me when you do,
I want to talk about something. Alone.

Cobalt frowned and began typing a quick response.

To: Hat Aficionado 
No problem, I should be out by the end of the day. Make sure to tell Emerald not to get out of bed till she's fully healed. I'll buy a bribe if I have to.
I'll text you once I get out.

Cobalt put his scroll into sleep mode and set it down. "Sorry, had to take that." Cobalt explained to Oswald quickly.

The gates to Henry's castle rose, the 10 foot doors swung open, lights flickered on all across the hallway, the Hell Hounds perked up as they knew their master was finally home. Finally he made his GRAND ENTRANCE... and collapsed on the floor a few yards in. The Hellhounds panicked as this was never a good sign, however rarely it happened. They rushed over to him and began sniffing and whimpering, trying to nudge him and make him get up.

Henry was not in good shape, blood and oil all over him and his arm was definitely broken in 2 separate places. He was barely conscious, likely to die if he didn't get himself fixed up immediately. Luckily he had prepared for just this scenario. Angelica gently placed Henry's unbroken arm in her mouth and bit down gently. She began dragging him to the room where the Hellhounds slept and moved aside a kiddie pool they used as a water bowl. Underneath it was a bottle filled with Blood of the Legion, which forced the body to burn Mana to heal the body. Probably the worst healing potion Henry had, but the rest were in the Gates.

Angelica rolled the bottle to Henry and he fumbled with the top, eventually electing to just smash the top half of the bottle and drink it like that. He gritted his teeth in pain as he felt his bones begin to forcefully align themselves properly and hissed in pain as they fused back together way faster than they were supposed to. His Hellhounds surrounded him while he reflected on the past day and healed.

Anyone breaking into the castle looking for Henry can follow the trail of blood to the Hellhound's room, but they will be attacked if they get too close to Henry. And there are few things that hurt more than a Hellhound's bite.
