So does this mean we can move on to the battlefield then?
@Parallel Hearts

Asmar is not saying anything about Assassin. Take that as you will.
Asmar Sharir
Conflict, Waste of Energy, Requesting Withdrawal

How boring. While he wouldn't say it out loud, the girl before him was completely correct in all respects. But to voice his opinion was a waste of time and energy, they had been brought forward for a job, not a debate on the worth of their opponents. He would come at them with no restraint as he did with all jobs, to do anything else would be a waste of valuable time and energy. He sat up and snatched the dossier, flipping through it's information before lightly tossing it back onto the desk. "Assuming you have nothing else to inform us of, I will be taking my leave. I expect you will have my Mystic Codes at our base by the time I arrive, if this situation is truly as dire as you say then no time can be wasted. I've already submitted the proper papers, make sure to not lose them." As he finished his light admonishment he stood up, pushing his chair out as he looked over the ragtag group that would be his team. No, he would not be working with people so unreliable as this. He would summon his Servant and finish the mission without these fools, they would only slow him down and lower the overall efficiency of the mission.

"It is not quite my place to say this, but I feel I must say it regardless. You're all going to die with these attitudes. Fix them if you want to continue living. Oh, and you there." He looked pointedly at Murasaki, a ghost of a smile crossing his face for but a moment as he considered his next words. "Ah, I suppose any advice I give would fall on deaf ears. It doesn't matter in the end. You'll likely be the first to die if you don't take your enemies seriously. No matter how weak they may seem." And with that Asmar exited the room, hands in pockets as he checked his pocket watch with a neutral expression. Ah good, he had cut two minutes off the expected time of the meeting, perhaps he would have time to grab some coffee.

It was a relatively easy choice which door she wanted to go through in the end. While a door to Miso City seemed nice and all, it was too familiar of a place to be a real adventure. Thus, Rose stepped through the door to darkness with the rest of the group, the stars in the sky leading them forward to a bright new beginning. A dude not unlike the Mysterious Dude appeared, yet this particular mysterious dude was not nearly as fun looking as the Mysterious Dude from earlier. In fact they seemed quite intent on fighting the group, which was fine by Rose in the end. You can't have an adventure without a hint of danger after all!

He struck Kanbaru with lightning speed, yet Umi was already on top of him as she tried pull his legs out from under him to get him into the dirt. Rose readied herself quickly, muscle memory she shouldn't possess moving her into a fencing stance as she instinctively moved in front of their Bard, who had just taunted the man in an attempt to get him away from Kanbaru. "Alright then, lets get this show on the road! Jolt!" She thrust her rapier towards the man in black, despite being nowhere near him whatsoever. Yet somehow she knew this was the right thing to do, as a bolt of red lightning erupted from the tip of her sword and arced towards the figure, seemingly homing in on him as Rose already prepared her next action. Mana surged within her as she focused her attention on Kanbaru, the initial casting sending her systems into overdrive as she cast yet another spell immediately. "Petal!"

Her dagger flashed through the air before bursting into a shower of rose petals above Kanbaru, yet she reached behind her and drew another dagger from seemingly nowhere as far as Akiko could tell, being right behind Rose and all. "Whoo, that was thrilling! Looks like it's two at a time though, can't throw out spells as quickly as I'd like." She kept her eyes focused on the hooded man to see what he would do next, on guard in case he pulled another disappearing act to try and attack her or Akiko.
Berserker

Mordred -- The Knight of Treachery

Current Location -- Retreat

@KoL@GreenGoat

Berserker materialized in front of Madhisi, staring into her eyes as she commanded the knight to open a passage to the underground tunnels below. A small grunt escaped her lips as she acknowledged, her muscles tensing as she prepared for breach. However there would be no holding back, not when there was so little time to spare. While she did not activate her shroud, she immediately began pummeling away at the floor, digging into the catacombs below and shaking the earth with the fury of her blows. Hopefully the simulation of an earthquake would motivate all the civilians in the building to leave quickly, especially since the building was already beginning to crumble beneath the weight of her blows. Those civilians would likely die to the machinations of the magus outside, not that Madhisi or Berserker knew exactly what she was doing, but if luck turned in their favor than perhaps Ruler would find a new target to focus his ire on.

Regardless of what happened, collapse or no, Berserker would quickly pull Madhisi into the hole that she had created, only pausing for a bit to let her Master gather her possessions and seal the tunnel behind them. She would then go back into spiritual form as her Master commanded, saving her strength for the battles to come. Hopefully they would find her father, there battle from the night prior needed a clear victor.

”H-Hello! My name is Umi! How are you all?”
Umi!

Rose turned around quickly, ready to respond to the recently awakened girl who was now identified as Umi. Actually several people had woken up! And she was now being escorted back down the stairs by a mysterious figure in a black cloak! Neat! She described him as mysterious mainly because she couldn't see his face despite the fact that they were in such close proximity, only seeing a mysterious shadowy void where his head should be. Spooky. "Well hey there mister spooky cloak man! Were you aware that your face is missing? Your whole head actually! It's super wild, like straight out of an anime wild!" She rambled as the mysterious dude (that's his name now, no changing it) put his arm around her shoulder and walked her back down the stairs. Well then, looks like Mr. Mysterious Dude was a very touchy feely kind of guy.

Well he let go soon enough once they hit the bottom of the stairs, judging each of them individually as what she assumed were his eyes scanned over each one. They all seemed pretty cool. You got Big Sword (Umi), Coward, Shady Girl, TV Cat Girl (Kanbaru), and some more sleepy bois! Shady Girl was a little shady, but you shouldn't judge people by first impressions! Mysterious Dude called TV Cat Girl something else, Sea Salt, which was actually a funny nickname when you think about it. She'll keep that in mind for later. Then he shot off some mysterious words about losing and gaining, something something bodybuilding, many gains. Also monsters, fun! Then he tossed a card at TV Cat Girl and went off on his merry way. "Ok Mr Mysterious Dude! Have fun doing whatever mysterious dudes like you do when you're not trying to grope teenage girls!" She paused for a moment as a thoughtful look crossed her face and she put a single finger to her chin. "Unless that's all he does... Don't grope teenage girls Mr Mysterious Dude! Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" She waved goodbye at the weird guy before turning to the rest of the group who was currently awake. "So that guy was weird. Anyhow, I'm Rose! Nice to meet y'all! I'm a pirate! Wait no, I'm not a pirate yet. I'm a Rose Mage!" She struck a pose as she pulled out her rapier and dagger, flourishing both blades with a grace she knows she didn't have previously. A few fancy tricks here, a few twirls of the dagger there, she ended the little show by pointing the blade of the rapier at the ground and the bottom of the hilt upwards, attaching the dagger and rapier together for a nice red glowing effect. "I have no idea how I did any of this haha! I've never taking a fencing class in my life!" This tower sure is weird. Yet despite it's strangeness, she had this smile on her face that just wouldn't go away. Weird was good, weird was romantic in a way.

"So what's your guys' deals?"
Asmar Sharir
Requisition Forms

"...yes, I will need several dozen containers of the Breath Of Ifrit. It will be required for this latest job. Money is no object, simply make sure it is sent to these coordinates post haste. It is always a pleasure to do business with you Karina." Her haggling bothered him to no end, but it was simply one of the many formalities when dealing with the Market. He waved his hand over the mirror and the glass rippled like a pond, the image of the professional looking Middle Eastern woman fading as the connection ended. Asmar toyed with the monocle in his coat pocket, a strange feeling of apprehension coming over him as he considered what this latest assignment would entail. It was highly unusual for him to work with a partner, even moreso to work with a Spirit, no matter the pedigree. Yet here he was being forced to work with not only a Servant, but 6 other Servants and 6 other Magus to claim this Holy Grail.

It must be a very important artifact for the Clocktower to personally send in a team to claim it. Normal protocol for a situation in this vein would be for the Clocktower Nobles to just perform a Grand Ritual and sweep the Grey Family from the face of the Earth. Perhaps it was also a matter of pride too. Asmar sighed quietly as he stuck both hands in pockets, the door of his room opening as he walked outside and then closing as he proceeded to Director Archibald's office. The pride of the Magus was their downfall, to be caught up in such things as how one looks and how your actions reflect on others is truly the height of foolishness. Perhaps that's why he was stuck at the rank of Fes.

He had arrived just in time it would appear, a violent Magus was screaming obscenities at the room and two others were having a friendly conversation. It appeared they were waiting for everyone to arrive before disseminating the necessary information. Pointless, a waste of everyone's time, especially his own. "Director Archibald. I trust you've prepared the dossiers ahead of time yes? It would reflect quite poorly on you if you didn't do such a basic task for such an important mission." Asmar gently pushed aside Paula, caring little for her temper tantrum as he pulled up a chair and sat down. He crossed one leg over the other and he stared intently at the man before him.

"I also trust that you've authorized the usual amount for mission expenditures, I had to withdraw from my own personal funds last mission because your people failed to do the proper paperwork." He would need to acquire a proper Mystic Code for this mission, perhaps a blade stained with the grudges of a hundred would do. No, laziness was the enemy of efficiency. No less then five hundred, only then could he properly use it as a catalyst for his other curses. Perhaps a brick from the Kaaba as well, the blessings of the holiest of sites would do well to guide his fate. Ah, all on the dime of the Clocktower of course, he may be rich but he was not frivolous either. Frivolous people tended to become poor very quickly, wasteful spending is the enemy of efficiency.

She Awoke To A New World.
It Was A World Of New Beginnings.
A World Of Adventure.

Rose paced back and forth around the room, observing every nook and cranny as she waited for the strangers around her to wake up. This was it, this was the place, this was her time to shine. She patted down her body once again, feeling the rigid and unfamiliar armor she was adorned with. Her hand brushed the rapier and dagger on her belt and she squealed with giddy excitement once more, the sound echoing through the empty room and likely waking up a few people. This had to be the place, it just had to!

This Was The Tower In The Sky.
That Same Tower That Changed Her World.
That Same Tower Upon Which Sat An Angel.

She had fallen asleep like any other day, yet this time she had fallen asleep thinking about that wonderful thing in the sky. That beautiful Tower that just screamed Adventure. She dreamed of swords, shields, and staves, each one carrying a weight behind it that spoke to her. Those words held the kind of weight that could tear the moon from the sky and make even Atlas tremble. The words were few, but they were important words nonetheless. They were words that would determine her future, nay, the future of the world itself!

What Is The Path Thou Treads?
Dost Thou Seek The Power To Smite Thine Foes?
Dost Thou Seek The Strength To Shield Your Allies?
Or Dost Thou Seek The Wisdom To Unearth Lost Arcana?
No, I Want Everything And More.

"Ok Rose, take a deep breath. You don't know how in the world you got here, but you definitely know why you're here. You have to find the Angel, this is the first step of your big adventure. Don't have a heart attack before you've even taken a step out of the first room." She breathed in deeply, holding her breath until she was practically blue in the face. Then she screamed loudly, stomping her feet on the floor as she laughed like an absolute madwoman. "Oh my god I can't believe I'm here! I gotta go, I gotta go right now!" And with that she ran up the stairs to go look around for cool new exciting stuff on her big adventure.

This Was The Beginning Of Adventure.
Let Your Heart Be True, May Your Will Blossom Forth.
Go Forth And Make This World Beautiful.
@vancexentan

You say its not about me in specific but you've also put the most attention on me throughout my entire application process despite the fact that I've made an absolute C tier Servant. You complained about the fact that I wrote out a full bio for Arsene when you just wanted me to post a Wikipedia link to his page and now you're complaining that I'm not writing enough and then alluding to this idea that I have to write a full 6 paragraphs about a character just to be worthy of your RP?

I'm not entirely sure what you're problem is with me specifically, but my character's backstory is fine. What you're asking me to do is write three paragraphs of fluff about a character who doesn't have an important past or legendary deeds whispered about through the Clocktower. They're just an above average Enforcer who's doing their job. This is the defining moment for said character. This is the legendary deed that will be whispered about throughout the Clocktower. Forgive me if I don't have a lot to say about this character's backstory, they don't really have one. They're a guy who was born in a rich family, got bored of sitting around all day and decided to test their work in the field. That's the backstory. Honestly, this is more backstory then most actual Maguses in the Fate universe even get, they're all mostly the same. They're just a bunch of researchers who live ordinary lives, not every Magus has some extra tragic backstory or life event defining who they are.

Listen man, I'm not trying to be obtuse or frustrated, but it's getting hard to not be frustrated when at every turn of the application process you've made it abundantly clear that you don't like any of my ideas. Maybe you want me to leave and that's why you're being so passive aggressive, I genuinely have no idea, I'm not a mind reader. But I'm not writing 3 paragraphs of fluff about what my Magus eats for breakfast.
