If you can fascinate your crush with a wheel of cheese, what would an entire cheese-cave do to them?

I do agree with Yandere's sentiment that words not wording workingly do be a problem this time of year.

Scratch that, place your bets on polymarket.

Looks like I'll be working on memorial day weekend. And no, this does not mean place any bets on polymarket.

Bio

-There will be delays in replies. Largely due to working overtime, voluntary obligations; other RPs and online-things may compete for my attention.

'Bout me:
Started RPing (badly) back in '05, mostly doing nation-RPs with an emphasis on technology and strategy, later edging out to character-espionage and military-tactics before doing "less serious" character roleplays that were outside of the 2005-2008 continuity.

That's when I went to Dead-Frontier, and found the RP community there, joined a clan, did some pretty good roleplays and pretty much loosened-up my online-personality. When the clan-leader decided to move her RPs here, most of the clan followed.

Took a course in technical-writing back in '08, so now I may sometimes use the semicolon correctly.

In 2010 I dusted off the old nation-RP continuity I had, doing a few hetelia-esque RP-shenanigans there..

RP-Habbits: I tend to geek-out on little technical-details, and sometimes infer how those details would impact the background of the roleplay. Great for world-building, not so great when you had a perfectly good plotline and I just MacGyver it off the rails (though I usually er to the side of amusement, sometimes it creates very grim side-stories).

Ex-Red Army tank tugs his collar awkwardly

More awkward would be that Tank-Rex is a refurbished Chonma-Ho that served in the middle East during early post-Heavenfall (2008-2010) before joining Shattered Steel (and probably ran into @Massasauga's M60A3 in the re-lit Iran-Iraq and Central African conflicts of ~2012 before "Present day" 2014).

So there's a chance these tanks may have rattled the same houses.

@Rhona W@Massasauga Crew and tank-block be done(ish, I may still add pictures)
Pretty sure "Nuclear Ontos" was one of my ideas that infected the internet in 2008.
(I had some help)

The big red button is new, though... mostly because nuclear fratracide (one premature nuke causing all the adjacent nukes to dud) is a thing.
-It's literally how Nike-Zues was expected to be a valid ABM system, just yeet a sheet of nuclear deletus up into the exosphere and frag-out the entire incoming wave. Granted, some of the soviet IRBMs were going to be chemical and a couple of the ICBMs would be biological, but that was what I-HAWK could deal with (at least well enough to stay in the fight).
Maybe a m109 or a Panzer Geppard... the 35mm AA tank.

35mm goes chonk-chonk-chonk

And it comes with a free smiley-face
Hmm. Interesting

Get in here already. We've already started baking cookies.

I will be acquiring upgrades for the tank as we go on in this thread. The crew will be Strategically Transporting Equipment to Alternate Locations.

Early joint-ops in the middle-east, colorized:
Potentially the only timeline it'll see combat.

Wish the same could've been said for the T-80UM-1.
I'll be getting my modernized Sherman up! The old girl can't have any rest.

That may be a bit problematic

This rules out antique vehicles such as most World War 2 tanks and armoured vehicles, as they are long-since retired, other than a few exceptions - but given the setting and how it has advanced, even they would be likely long-gone by the time the RP takes place.
The general rule of thumb is 'As long as there is a reference page for it online, and it's not an original creation, it should be okay'. Meaning, if you can find a webpage or website with at least some technical details for the vehicle you wish to use and there was at least some kind of effort to construct it, then it's allowed.

Still, the M4, Centurion, and T-34 are solid girls. But if it doesn't pan out, may I suggest an India-pattern Vickers MBT Mk 1 if T-55 Leon isn't up your dark alleyway?

Guess I need to turn the Tiran-6AG (120) into a whole thing.

Granted, I'll probably be using a fully-human crew, so I'll just revive the tank crewmembers I've had killed off over the years.
So Lt Adrian is gonna get his legs back, Strank won't have a bullet-hole in his head, and Richard Sawyer won't be immolated inside a tank.

Fuckit, I'll even have Glashya not buried underneath a collapsed skyscraper as it's rapidly filling with triflourides after ramming an MD-500 into a vampire's face.

And Marcus Grable totes didn't get his F-4 Phantom blown-up making a thermonuclear thunder-run against a Post-modern tech Carrier Battle Group defended by fucking skynet.

I think the only one not to die was Marly, and she was a tad unhinged from all that. (granted, she directly caused one of those deaths, but that's neither here nor there)

Granted, I only have four crew-slots to fill and six fictional crewmen. *loads revolver and spins the cylinder*

I'll encourage someone else to get some ex-North-Korean T-55s, rebore/barrel it to 105mm, and strap some Iranian TOW missiles on it. (likely used by the ISL faction)

-There's also the ex-Taiwan market of CM-11s and whatever wasn't nailed-down in the fourth Indo-Pakistan war.

-Shortlist: Adrian V. (driver) Marly A. (gunner), Marcus G. (Commander), Richard S. (loader)
