I assume it's Relius, mainly because he's the only man dressed in purple right now.
Hellsalem's Lot- City Waking Up

The man and his partner (Chain, given what he had just called her earlier) stared at the two blankly, turning to glance at who they assumed to be the others in this man's group before looking at each other before shrugging.

"Erm... Well, normally I'd tell you to stop joking around, but the fact that you were so earnest and that your last lie showed that you two are worse at lying than most people... I'll humor you for a while. Convenient, though; it just so happens that we're searching for a few lost people ourselves," the man said, holding out two pictures to the duo. One was of a man who looked oddly like Wolverine, while the other was of a young man without any notable features aside from his goggles.

"My partner and I have been combing the city over for these two ever since last week, but we haven't found a trace of either. Others have been searching, too, but none of them have had any luck either. If you find either of them, can you let us know? Here, I'll give you a disposable cell with my number on it and some money handle the search. If I need to spread out my net thinner and have to use a few more resources to do so, then I won't complain. My name's Steven, by the way. Now, it's been nice meeting you two, but we need to get back to work."

With that, the man handed over a cheap-looking cellphone and a few $20 bills to Shotaro before picking himself up off the bench and walking away with Chain... Somewhere.

Satori, who had watched the entire incident from a distance, decided to walk up to Saber and Shotaro and glanced at the items that they just got with minor intrigue.

"That man didn't seem to be lying, but his behavior entails a lot more than what we've been seeing here. I don't think people give handouts to strangers like that normally; they never did back where I lived, though etiquette might be different here. Regardless, I think we've found our problem... Should we get going?"
As for the NPCs on my side, well... If you see crazy shit like what just came up, then you decide to stop questioning the fabric of reality tearing at the seams and just go with it.
Too many people in BlazBlue after Akuma jumps in :U
Yeah, no second wave.

Any super-mode stuff is a one-off, anyhow. You don't just pop a super right off the bat, so.
Yeah, pretty much.

Uh... I think that RE has openings again, though obviously BlazBlue might've been the best fit lol. Unless clanjos doesn't pop back up, in which case that ALSO has a free slot. iono.
Technically everything has space, but I need to do a recount.
Hm... Well, I guess that's reasonable, then.

Edit that in and we'll be good to go.
@Moonman: Hrm...

Well, sine he's the first "villain" I've seen roll in so far, I actually have to ask: what's his motivation for sticking along for the ride? Is it just to find stronger opponents, or what? Will he be actively picking fights with the characters? Like, if he's in a group with a strong martial artist, for example; will he be attempting to duel and/or take their lives often, or what?

Breaking an island in half... That's... Pretty absurd, I gotta say. To be fair, though, we've got Saber and her Excaliblast, but that doesn't have nearly as much power and can only be popped once every... While. So.

Shun Goku Satsu needs a very specific counter to go through, but given that it's Akuma's signature move, this creates a dilemma. I'd think that making it do super heavy damaged to major characters is okay, and let it keep the instakill tag on advanced mooks. Things like greater dragons and stuff, though, where lore generally states that their soul is much stronger than those of humans would have the former tag applied to them though.
Well, more like an eighth of that 400, though. But still.
If the other changes go through, then I think it's fine by me. Yeah.
@ACHTUNG: Oh crap, I forgot to talk about this. I had it all written up and everything. rip.
Well, better late than never.

400m/ half a mile is still HUGE. Like... HUGE. Tone that down by at LEAST 1/8.
Complexity... 'kay, being able to make things like an aircraft? Yeahno. That needs to be toned down as well. Nothing quite as large and complex as that. Like, a car is fine, but not a commercial airline or something.
Physical limits A-OK.
Being able to go into concepts... That's a bit... Dangerous to deal with. Remove... I think.
Limit quantity depending on complexity. Gate it based on that.
Creation thereof... I think that seems kinda reasonable...?

So yeah, my input.
