【Personality】
Rin is completely focused on the betterment of his nation. Even at a young age, Rin was interested in the affairs of the world and his place within it. Rin comes across as a bit too serious for many people. Rin is not particularly fond of heights despite the ability to, in essence, fly. He can tolerate them to the point where it does not cause any issues with his combat effectiveness, but avoids flying as much as possible.

【History】
Rin is the eldest son of Shadan and Suishō. He is a part of the Windspeakers, who he has trained most of his life with. In fact, Rin and his sister Kisaki were both born in the Temple of Fuujin and, according to many of the stories told within the temple, blessed by Fuujin. 

Like many wartime children, Rin grew up in a period where he was uncertain what is future would be. The Temple, located near Kyokujitsgakure was a safe haven for many of the children. As such, many children in Kyokujitsu no Tochi, at least those from the Land of Fire, spent their early years with the Windspeakers or the monks from the Temple of Fire. It was there he met Roku, who also stayed at the Temple during the war, the woman he would be engaged to many years later.

Unlike his parent's romance, Roku and Rin were far from the opposites. In fact, the similarities in personality between the two unnerved many who encountered them. Rin, as focused as Roku, even as a child, behaved more as an adult than his father at even the age as young as four. Concerned with the affairs of the world and his impact, Rin pursued his training at the Temple of Fuujin with zeal. Kisaki, his sister, also trained at the Temple with him but in an entirely different from of invoking the powers of Fuujin.

Rin is a skilled swordsman. Keen and analytical, he is quite good at reading an opponent's movements. Additionally, he has strong control over his chakra. Despite being a swordsman, he is a capable hand to hand fighter as well.



【Weapons, Tools and Equipment】

Name of Weapon or Item: Kazemakase [Carried by the Wind]
Description: A sword of peculiar power. The katana maintains its appearance as a normal sword, but when swung, the blade converts entirely to wind. This wind is just as sharp as the blade, but makes blocking the sword exceptionally difficult. A native, additional ability of the Kazemakase is it's ability to create blades of wind, including the ability to control the wind created by the blade to create vacuum like effects. The range and shape of these effects are dependent on the amount of chakra put into them.

The draw techniques from this sword are exceptionally fast as Fuuton chakra can help draw the sword from it's sheath, giving Rin an incredibly fast draw with the weapon.

The third ability of the Kazemakase is the ability to read the air currents within 100 feet of themselves with incredibly accuracy. This is a unique type of wind sense in that it can differentiate between objects that have chakra and those that do not.

The last ability of this weapon is with the sheath. The sword and sheath are bonded with the individual, making them unable to be effectively used by anyone else unless the specific circumstances are met. This last ability is allows Rin to quickly produce gusts of wind in a singular direction. This is not limited to a blunt force and can be shaped quite quickly. In the case of Rin and the Kazemakase, this effect is not solely limited to palm thrusts. The distance, damage, and power of this effect is based on the amount of chakra that is put into it.
Appearance: When still, Kazemakase is a beautiful sword. The blade is a silver-blue steel with symbols of Fuujin inscribed onto them. The tsuba of the katana is shaped similarly to the symbol for Fuujin. The hilt is an ordinary hilt, but is covered with a pale blue cloth. The sheath for the weapon is made of a bamboo that has been dyed a brilliant white-blue with silver symbols embellishing it.

Description: By channelling a constant sphere of wind chakra around himself, Windspeaker Rin is able to levitate as if held aloft by currents of wind. He gains a sphere of influence around himself with which he can manipulate wind in myriad of ways. However, unless utilizing other forms of his wind techniques, this is incredibly minimal and mostly for small adaptations. The sphere extends six feet from Windspeaker Rin in any given direction. Windspeaker Rin’s control over the wind is so proficient that he is able to essentially fly. In addition, Windspeaker Rin is able to invoke symbols of Fuujin with simple movements that are not necessarily restricted to movement of the hands/arms.

Description: Windspeaker Rin condenses the Megumi no Fuujin, removing all access to its abilities except its levitation and flight, and coats himself in a thick veneer of wind. All physical projectiles that would come into contact with the armour are deflected, and Windspeaker Rin’s speed is vastly increased. In addition, Windspeaker Rin’s hand to hand attacks become significantly more deadly, using the force of the wind surrounding her to lacerate the areas he hits subcutaneously.

Description: A combination defensive and offensive technique, allowing Rin to convert his entire body to an entity of wind, allowing him to pass throw many physical obstructions. This can be done in a manner that can hurt those that he passes through (he is visible as a blur during this). Seishin no Fuujin can only be held for short moments of times, with a maximum of a few seconds. After use, this ability cannot be used for at least 30 seconds. Rin can use a partial version of it as well, which reduces the restrictions on it dependent on what percentage of his body he transformed

Dynamo was stirring in his chair, half a pint of blood just sprayed across the window of his viewing room. It was the preliminary 'warm up' matches, a warhammer wielding chaos dwarf had just busted open the head of a fire mage. He was cheering and chanting unholy verses of rune magic to curse the soul of the man he just killed. The crowd were entertained but were just even now even more excited for the first match of tournament. He summoned one of his sentinels to pass on a message: start the first round.

Dynamo approached the microphone outside his viewing room and addressed the screaming crowd. The arena staff were cleaning up the body parts from the last few warm up fights, their thirst for blood wasn't even close to being satisfied. Dynamo needed to give the people what they wanted....

The crowd roared as Dynamo fed them the lines they had heard the last 11 years but he knew how to sell a fight, it was his business and he was the very best.

Nowww, I give you are first match, which will take place on our very own home coliseum! No tricks or special conditions. Just a good old fashioned fight till incapacitated or death! I summon the first two combatants for you  Nicoli D'Angelo VS Sirena Imogen! 

As soon as the lead sentinel heard the announcement, he approached the fighters and summoned two portals in the middle of the lobby, one was for Sirena and the other for Nicoli, the moment they stepped into them they would be warped to the coliseum grounds 40 feet away from each other and the battle would begin immediately.

The other 6 will be able to watch the entire thing as the battle unfolds. 

The sentinel snapped his fingers loudly.
