Go ahead and post it here, we'll make sure everything is appropriate. You can wait on stats until we finish with that.
I'm going to have a separate thread of the CSs, because they will require frequent editing for inventory.
I'm going to keep the current system, I may add other skills in. What else do people think should have its own distinct skill?

I know GMs will make a lot of posts, and that's why I am looking for a coGM.

My internet is down, and it may be over a week until I get it back. I will continue to answer questions and hash things out, but I will have to put a pin in the creation of the IC. Unless I choose a gm who I trust to do it in my stead.
Trying to convince someone of something would roll with "cool" scavenging will roll "sharp" but I actually have a system brewing for determining the basic loot in areas, as well as the number of mobs.
It does. Swift will cover stealth as well.
Done, put in Swift instead of Hot. Covers reaction time, how fast you can run etc. Probably will be used mostly for fleeing situations, or a quick draw situation.
I think I'm going to rewrite some of the stats, because at present there's a few that won't come into play. So obviously everyone's going to let them be their low ones and have no disadvantages.

Appearance: Was a little on the plump side before she had to go on the run. You can still see it, but she's lost some weight from the running and the starving in the last week or so.
Hair was once bright purple, long on top with an undercut, but dirty brown roots have started to creep in, and the vibrant color looks faded and dingy now. Stands at 5'9, weighs 170. Left arm is a sleeve of geometrical patterned tattoos. You can tell she did them on herself, as the underside of her bicep is relatively bare, and the ink stops just over the shoulder, where she couldn't reach.

Gonna go ahead and make a request here. Actually, I'm going to say this:

For inventory in the beginning, you may have 1 gun, 1 melee, and 1 vehicle. You do not have to have all of these things if you choose not to. I also am going to ask that you specify where your things are kept(backpack, in your car, on your person) and be sure to give a quantity for ammunition.

I'm going to annoy some gun nuts with this but: we are going to treat ammunition as interchangeable within gun types. So(even though it's not realistic) all handguns use the same bullets, all rifles use the same bullets, etc.
