I like the specific stats, gives a very clear idea of exactly what he can do, and it seems to me to be a reasonable power level.

I do want to say that I don't think his weaknesses are very solid. They're kind of vague and easy to hand wave. It's really easy to just write that he powers through his hunger or his depression. Subjective feelings aren't good as weaknesses for that reason.
