DSW, sounds like you just want an 'evil' guy with eye beams... you already have that in OU.Also, Gowi, are you addicted to characters, or what?

I have been called a person with ECCD (excessive character creation disorder) as a joke by my friend, but yes I love tons of POVs.

From the Marvel Wikia: Cyclops possesses the mutant ability to project a powerful beam of concussive, ruby-colored force from his eyes. Cyclops's powers were originally believed to be ambient energies (such as solar radiation, photons, and cosmic rays) absorbed and metabolized by his body into concussive blasts that are released from his eyes. However, the energy supply of his optic blasts are later revealed to originate from a non-Einsteinian universe that opens up whenever he uses his optic blasts. Also there was that time Scott was all up in Emma. Seems he's the Marvel Universe's man-slut.

Wasn't he married to Emma in Ultimate continuity?
Checks out with Jones, so I debut my 4th (since EE is a bro) character!:

Rough draft but hey. Still a lot of work to be done.
Name:
Drury Walker

Alias:
Killer Moth

Role:
Villain / Guardian

Brief Bio:

What the Public Knows

Killer Moth, a Batman-esque “supervillain” debuted in 2003 as a serial thief and murderer. Batman fought with him during the end of the year and stopped an attempted robbery-homicide on a rich socialite. When he was apprehended he was broken free on escort to the police station and their evidence of his identity was purged by an unknown individual.

Killer Moth would later appear sporadically over the years emulating himself as a sort of “anti-batman”, yet his identity is never uncovered by the public despite his defeats by Batman.

Killer Moth is assumed dead, retired, or more capable in his later years.

The Real Story

Liner notes version—

Drury Walker was born to William Walker, the CEO of Walker Industries whom found his biggest achievement to be the expansion of ACE Chemicals as a worldwide conglomerate. His father fell ill to cancer when Drury was twelve and Drury was left to be raised by his mother, Marianne. Unbeknownst to Drury his mother was a reformed thief who struggled with kleptomania and during a dare from one of his friends during college Drury found himself stunned by the adrenaline of theft and the addiction it would continue to be. His mother died when he was twenty-three of cancer-related struggles.

Perhaps this instilled a “live life while you can” ethos in him for a time. As the head of Walker Industries de-facto, Drury began to be surrounded by socialites who had more disgusting personalities then he had ever seen and treasures they didn’t deserve. Through a chain of events Drury found the best way to disarm the unworthy was to rob them. A chain of events occurred afterward – theft, accidental murder, and meeting Danko Twag. Danko Twag saw the adrenaline in Drury and soon inspired the young man to learn everything the nearly invisible old man knew—it’s unknown why Danko humored him but he took him to his safehouse which would eventually become the “moth-cave”.

The Batman debuted years later after Danko took Drury and transformed him into an alternate identity named Cameron van Cleer. Being inspired by his methodology, Drury attempted to find a methodology that fit him and he did: moths.

In late 2002, Drury’s daughter was born; but he wouldn’t of found her abandoned to him until 2009.

In 2005, he began to train Elliot Caldwell in his ways.

In 2007, he helps Raelene Sharp and she joins his group.

In 2008, he fought Batman when he joined The Society.

In 2010, Caldwell left on good terms as Killer Moth decided he needed to spend time off to deal with his daughter.

In 2014, Katherine Walker discovers her father’s secret.

In 2016, after years of prep—the Killer Moth plans to redebut with a new sidekick and maybe a new purpose.

Abilities:

Killer Moth wields skills ranging from marksmanship, espionage, stealth, hand-to-hand combat, language, and minor deductive skills due to his training under Danko Twag and many others.

His arsenal includes: smoke pellets, grapple devices, plastic explosives, firearms, etc.

Personality:

Walker has an obsessive distaste for those who he feels do not deserve their money or status, feeling they should be removed from ‘the game’. However, through his time talking to Danko and battling The Batman; he has changed from a simple bully who believed the “strong should take what they want” and more insists that the higher class when shown is disgusting and must be put in line. It’s arguable that he’s shifted from a villain to a anti-hero but few make the distinction when the Killer Moth doesn’t speak his methodology and murders/robs without care.

For those loyal to him he is loyal, but at times sees them as another way to make the Batman think if he’s truly emulating him or they are simply two sides of the same coin.

Appearance:

Affiliation:
The Society – an on-and-off again group of talented villains that have gone against the Justice League in several incarnations; Killer Moth was one of the members of one of the incarnations.

Danko Twag – The link Drury has to his gadgets. Danko’s past is unknown but he claims he was a freelance espionage agent (see: spy) during the Cold War where he made his fortune off nationalistic paranoia. He is a brilliant spy and engineer who has taught Drury most of what he knows. He claims to be a former colleague of Lucius Fox and Ted Kord. It is likely that Danko Twag is not his real name, though despite this he sees something in Drury that makes him continue to help him.

Walker Industries – an industrial company that owns ACE Chemicals among a few PMC companies, engineering companies, and several independent business firms. It is where Walker gets his funding and one he uses a scheme to keep things in Bludhaven operating.

Elliot Caldwell – “Wrath” was once a protégé of Killer Moth who trained in his methods after a Gotham police officer killed his parents—showing him the path to revenge, Moth began training him as an insult to Batman’s Robin (then Dick Grayson). Caldwell as since went independent and the villain known as Wrath is a name that all police officers soon will fear.

Katherine Walker – nicknamed “Kitten” by her father, Katherine is the narcissistic daughter of Drury Walker and a mother that wanted nothing to do with her or her father as Drury claims. She agrees with her father’s methods believing the “strong” should do as they please and has aided her father on missions despite his protests.

Raelene Sharp – A hacker who serves as technical aid to Drury Walker; Raelene was saved from incarceration when she attempted to reveal information she had hacked from a government official by a disguised Drury Walker. She is in a way his “Oracle”.

Reasonable. But for the love of all that is holy, come up with a better first name than Drury.

No. That's his name.

The bolded is the one thing I hate seeing in every incarnation of Cyclops. He can't exist without being stupid in love with Jean so much that he can barely think straight without her. The day I make Cyclops will be the day Jean isn't even a thought in his mind. Just saying.

I think for the story provided it makes sense for this incarnation though.
So the ghettos got shinier? You guys need to PM me when things effect my HOMEBASE.

=(
Getting a makeover? What what?

...and believe me BEING from the Detroit area, it is kind of a mess. But I viewed more as Little Ulster as a mini-Boston if anything with more immigrants from Wales, Ireland, and Scotland making up it's history.
I highly doubt the intent was to make Cyclops evil; just struggling with his love for Jean and his beliefs of mutant politics/rights. o.o

But hey, I'm sure me and EE will look at whatever apps come our way.
