Before I get started going need to know how to get started given there are some concerns (sand village unbalancing, if I should edit my CS and move to the other village, etc) so I'll be on stand-by.

Does the roster on the first page need to be updated or is a NPC genin locked in place for the sand? Because I'm not sure I understand why the Sand is booked up on one end.

You can still make a character. We have plenty of room, though you need a genin first. We could always use more than one squad per village it's just getting enough people for it.
Yeah, I'm making a genin anyway.
Well Supergirl solved all of the Atom restraining devices and such, iirc in my last post. Still have the kryptonite man to deal with though.
So, I'm looking at this. Character in mind but don't know how I'd fill up since you guys look like your roster is set...

It's pretty much open enrollment on characterization and backstory changes as long as it's done well.
