Latest version of Adobe Flash.
I'll get a higher-res one up when I can, but here's what it is so far.

Is Cosmic Energy available for players to use? She half remembers reading it wasn't allowed to players but shes not sure if her terribad memory is playing tricks on her. Also hey look, Samurai Champloo. That was a good anime.
I think for cosmic energy I'd be curious how a player character knows it most of all, if it's compelling it'll go from there. I'd say... GM approval basis?

Oh, you don't have to tell me, I've heard stories from my own GM's about bad psions. =)
I tried to make it as informative as I could with my half-tired MS paint abilities.
