Understood. Cheers, Lantern.
Yes, sorry about that, Lantern.
Would my posts have been those that did not meet casual standards? Just to know if I need to step up my game or not.
I'm interested, sounds awesome.
Peter Queen/Spiderbolt

'Why not kill Dark Goblin? You have the right arrows... He killed so many innocent people, but gets away with it... You can end it.'
That thought rung through Spiderbolt's head over and over again as he swung through Star City. He had killed on the island, many times, over the four years he spent on it, but upon arriving back home, in Star City, he had vowed to never kill again. He couldn't become the monster he was on the island. Not again.

Spiderbolt was on the way to Queen Mansion, to get a change of clothes. From there, Peter Queen would head out to Star City Airport, where he'd catch a flight to New York City- the place where Dark Goblin had stopped- and upon arriving he'd open a new branch of Queen Consolidated. The flight was in an hour. And Peter Queen was already running late.
Yes, that'll be the same for me here, as of tomorrow, due to school starting back.
Cheers.
Yeah, sorry Drew. Will stop posting now. Sorry 'bout that.
Peter Queen & Norman Merlyn
Star City
Peter Queen, as the masked, bow-wielding vigilante Spiderbolt, was caught in a battle with the also bow-wielding terrorist, the Dark Goblin. He knew almost nothing about the guy, except that he was good at what he does. Arrows flew past his head, barely missing their mark. The Goblin was good. He was really good.
"Yo, ugly! You may want to improve your aim a bit!" yelled Spiderbolt, shooting three arrows at his opponent, one aimed at the face, one at the body, and one at his left kneecap.

The Dark Goblin, Norman Merlyn, caught the arrows aimed at his head and knee, and dodged the one aimed for his body. He was up in the air, standing on his glider, a piece of military-grade equipment developed by his own company, Merlyn Global Group. He released a maniacal laugh at Spiderbolt's attempt to incapacitate him, before shooting two arrows, laced with explosives. As the arrows exploded, Spiderbolt dodging them with acrobatic grace, Goblin began flying away. He could sense something was wrong, but he couldn't put his finger on it. But he had a feeling New York City would have answers.

Spiderbolt watched his enemy fly away. Something was off. No one flies away from a battle like that. But he could also feel that something was off. Feel it in his bones. So he shot a tracker arrow at the bottom of the Dark Goblin's glider, hoping that following the terrorist would give him answers.
Hellfire didn't believe Orbit. Not one bit. It was obvious that something was wrong. But he didn't want to push her to admit it. So he let it slide, and replied enthusiastically, "Yes, please!" walking after her and towards her bike. He worried about Orbit. Ever since Batman found him and took him in, Gabe found his first friend in her. She was the only friend he'd ever had, and he would stop at nothing to help her when she's in need. So he would find out why she was in pain. He would find out why she was scared of the cold. And he would help her overcome that fear. But all in good time. All in good time.
Mistress Dizzy said
Orbit snickered, as he started to fly before she could respond. "You can ride with me, you're just not allowed to drive!" She called out over the sound of growing sirens. "The bike's waiting. Come if you want to." She nodded to the others, before heading for her bike. Now that adrenaline was wearing away, she felt it. Cold. Deep in her chest and stomach. Her footsteps stalled, and she had to lean against the building that she'd left her bike near to steady herself. Her jaw was clenched against the pain, even though she knew it wasn't real. She wasn't being frozen from the inside. She was just a coward...

Hellfire stopped mid-flight. Did Orbit just say he could ride on the bike? He turned around and went back to the scene of the crime. Once there he saw Orbit, leaning on a building, her bike not far from her. She seemed to be in pain. Concern took over him, and he rushed to the ground fast, breaking into a sprint. "Orbit? Jin? Are you okay?" he asked, placing what he thought was a reassuring hand on her shoulder.
