Yeah, sure, I'll let him know. He's a real great guy, though I haven't met him in person. I'll be sure to tell him.
Gabe was in his room, once again working out. There was nothing better to do, anyway. He was nowhere near fast or smart enough to help with the equipment setup, and from the muffled noises he could hear below his room, the War Room was occupied. After completing his one hundredth set of pushups, Gabe got up and took the towel that was on his bed, draping it over his shoulders. He was sweaty and most probably smelly, and was off to take a shower.

After the shower and a change of clothes, Gabe went off in search of Jin, passing who seemed to be a new team-member. Who was that?
After a moment of wondering, Gabe set his mind back to his mission: he needed to talk to Jin about her fear of the cold. She was obviously unsettled when in cold conditions, so much so that she gets what seem to be intense panic attacks. Such a fear could put the team in danger when on missions, but, more importantly, it could put Jin in danger. It would leave her exposed and vulnerable. And Gabe, for the sake of the team, and for Jin, couldn’t let that happen. Ever. But where was she?
As the creature teleported away, Heath ran forward, swinging his sword at where it was moments before, screaming in absolute rage. "COME BACK, YOU COWARD! FACE US! FACE US!"
Realising that it won't come back, he dropped to his knees, smacking the ground with his fists. The creature- Enemy- it got into his head. It used Heath's memories of the past, the past he would rather forget, used them to twist Heath into an anger so deep that he was willing to rush in, sword swinging, with no strategy what so ever. Something that could have ended with him dead.

His head clearing, Heath got up. He heard the creature say something about his brothers being inside Team Mildly Competent... That was not good news at all. He turned to Alexei.
"It said we have its brothers inside us... What now, leader?"
The creature... it read Heath's mind. It read his mind and morphed into an exact replica of him. Then it snidely remarked about his past, before seemingly teleporting next to Alexei, stealing the gun from his hand. Anger began to brim inside Heath.

It said it could be called Enemy... That it was a parasite, one that ate its host from the inside. It was literally the definition of a monster. And it didn't answer all of Alexei's questions.
"You still didn't tell Alexei what your purpose is. TELL HIM!" yelled Heath, fury slowly taking over his mind, tightening the grip on his sword, his knuckles turning white.
Did that thing just say it was its daddy's favourite?

Heath was never his daddy's favourite. Neither was his sister. As a matter of fact, his father hated his children. Beating them, telling them how worthless they are. Heath's motivation for starting this whole superhero shindig was his abuse at the hands of his father. And now some ugly, evil, spoiled reptilian creature was saying how much its "daddy" loved it. How could anyone love such a horrifying thing?
"You'd be surprised how efficient Invisigirl's shields are, reptile. You'd better not try anything stupid when you talk."
Norman Merlyn/Dark Goblin

Spiderbolt had allies. That may prove a problem in the future. But not enough of one. After Goblin's plan's first phase is completed, there will be nothing they can do to stop what's coming. Nothing.

What was Goblin's motivation, exactly? What made him want to unleash hell on New York City? What made him the insane, bitter man that he is? The answer is as such: his wife, Emily, was murdered there, on the streets of Manhattan, shot and left to die, every passer-by ignoring her pleas for help. Every. Single. One. And nothing will stop Norman Merlyn, the Dark Goblin, from making the ungrateful, cruel citizens of New York City from feeling his wrath.

And so, Goblin was on his way to steal the catalyst of phase two from none other than the Owlman himself... Thomas Wayne.
Hey, I'm about to advance the story.

I think Enso himself has been having a hectic time this past few days, and that's why he's been unable to post much.

Hey guys, sorry to do this to you again with only week in between, but on Monday (would that be Sunday for you guys?) I'll be gone for the week until Thursday or Friday, riding my bike for 300km. Sorry for going away for a week again, but I can't help it, it's compulsory, says my school.

If I haven't said it enough times, I sincerely apologise for going away again, but I hope you all advance the RP and have fun while doing it. I will be here for the next two days though.

Cheers,

GG
Turns out the real Mr Winters wasn't the real Mr Winters, but rather a shapeshifting reptilian creature posing as Winters. 'Mind. Blown.' thought Teleporto as he ran back into the bar, ready to cover and protect any and all of his teammates. Alexei may occasionally be a dick, but Heath began to develop a sort of respect for him. He gave credit where it's due, and Alexei sure knew how to lead a team.

Unsheathing his sword, Teleporto took on a stance, ready for anything.
Teleporto rushed outside, shaken out of his thoughts by Alexei's yell. Of course he was coming with Alexei. He wasn't about to let his teammates down again. He was going to prove to his team- and himself- that he wasn't useless. He was not useless.

((Sorry for the extremely rushed post, but I have to run soon and I didn't want to keep the RP waiting for me))
