Current Goodbye Miura. One of my favorite fantasy authors of all time has gone too soon.

Don't forget, they made another new hero named Screentime. A meme loving superhero who got his powers from exposure to internet gas. He has the ability to basically be a smart phone.

Sometimes I open up a new tab on my browser and I forget what I intended to do with it... What am I doing here again?

I haven't PM'd Aurellius' player yet. I think I should. Who was it again...?
SirBeowulf
"...it! Shit! Shit!" The Traveler shouted as he appeared in Timeline 3. "Note to self: don't try and get a better view of a civilization's sacrificial ceremony... by posing as the sacrifice." The Traveler then rose from the ground, holding his head in his hands. "Ow. Okay, where am I?" he said after downing three ibuprofen's with a few sips of a water bottle he kept in his backpack. He walked out of the alleyway, looking for the nearest person he could find. "Hey you! Um... you don't happen to speak English do you?" The Traveler asked the stranger. The man turned to him and said something that, to The Traveler, sounded like a bunch of gibberish. "You don't say?" he replied. The Traveler sighed, then rubbed his forehead. "Fuck this headache. And fuck language barriers! Alright, where to now?" The Traveler asked himself out loud, the man who was native to this timeline staring confused at the young Timeskipper.
I don't really have a preference for any of the three.
The Traveler Appearance: Standing at a height of 6'1", this seventeen-year-old boy looks pretty average at first look. Wearing what would be called "casual clothing" in Timeline 1, The Traveler's only other really noticeable feature is his naturally red hair and pale skin. Home Timeline: 7847 (The 'Hero' Timeline) Timeline 7847: In timeline 1, on July 8, 1947, the 509th Operations Group had recovered a "flying disc", which had crashed on a ranch near Roswell, New Mexico. It has long been thought by conspiracy theorists that this mysterious object was in fact of extraterrestrial origins. In timeline 7847, these theories were actually fact. This "flying disc" was in fact a meteor that carried an unknown radiation that, after landing, spread this radiation into the atmosphere of the Earth granting all humans superpowers. Fast forward to the year 2014, the origins of the meteorite and the radiation, now named Meta-rays, were finally revealed. The radiation was the creation of an alien species, named Ry'ots, who were experimenting with doomsday weaponry to defeat another unknown alien species. Through a series of unfortunate events, the station where these weapons were being developed was destroyed by a meteorite shower, and the Ry'ots had been searching the Milky Way to recover their weapons or prevent their enemies from discovering them. Unfortunately for the human race, they had now become evidence of these experiments and needed to be destroyed. Biography: Michael O'Malley, a seventeen-year-old boy, was born in New York City, New York. He lived in an orphanage most of his life, never knowing who his real parents were. He also never discovered his abilities until the day of the invasion and so was an outcast among his people. The sole escape from his terrible life that he had were comic books that he would often rent from a local library. Michael, who wanted nothing more than to be like the heroes he read in these stories, often times tries to imitate these fictional heroes by displaying personality traits like optimism, courage, and loyalty. The only language he knows is English. Travel Method: Michael's ability, which he only discovered during Invasion Day, was to be able to travel to different timelines. Unfortunately, every time he travels to a new timeline he gains an immense migraine that does not disappear completely until a day later. Pills like Advil and ibuprofen will help somewhat, but not much. Michael has also discovered that traveling while still under the effects of this migraine will affect his ability to accurately travel, and suspects that he could actually die if traveling while affected by the migraine. So he obviously avoids that.
I just noticed that we now have 100 IC posts. Woohoo!
I just want to make sure that you all know I'm still here. I've almost completed my CS (the only thing that's really left is to find a picture that fits the description I have in my head and a few other small details) and then I'll PM it to the GM for confirmation.
Whoever played Grayson Ortega definitely needs to improve his grammar. All I could read was one or two GIANT sentences per paragraph, with not even a comma to separate most of them.
That would be Jangel13, the last person who makes up team RPGD.
I've now bit the bullet and put up Jangel and my collab. I edited for about an hour or so and ended up changing maybe two things :T
I've found that, often times, if you spend that long editing and only make that few adjustments, that it's better than you think. Anyway, I read it and quite enjoyed it, so don't beat yourself up about it.
Sorry I've been quite all day.
If any of you wish to play as one of the teachers, let me know now, and I'll stick a 'played by' next to that teacher's name. Moreover, some positions are still open for application, and old teachers (from the old thread) need to be updated. While I could do this myself, I feel that it would be much more fun to see what you all could come up with.
I volunteer to play as Richard, since I, you know, created him.
You can make your own timeline.
Yes, that is correct.
Cool, now I just have to think of an original form of time travel that isn't also completely ridiculous.
