Guimauve — Roleplayer Guild

Hi there!

I'm Jack, aka el marshmallow, a transmale barista with a penchant for being extra. I'm new to this account but I'm an old hand at roleplaying in general. I've been writing for a loooooong time (10+ years) and my craft has evolved with me.

I'm here to spook up some great 1x1 roleplays. My style is novel-ish, I like to write long, immersive, narrative posts, and would appreciate a partner who's interested in the same. :) 

PMs are preferred as opposed to threads but I'm flexible if your heart is really set on playing via thread. Also, I'm big on OOC chat. I'd prefer to check in/chat as often as we reply IC, or even more frequently. I'd like to plot and get all excited with you and geek out over the story!

My primary interests are romance, angst, character development, and darker themes and moods. Let's bring the DRAMA, henny! Genres and pairing ideas are listed below. I'm open to others, I'll list a few here but if you think we'd be a good match please feel free to PM me your cravings and ideas!

Forewarned is forearmed: This will be a romance. :D If it ain't romance, I ain't interested! M/M is loved and even slightly preferred but I'm quite open to other gender pairings. I generally play male characters but could be persuaded to do a good F/F pairing if you have a burning idea. 

Other than romance as a central element, I like to devise a solid plot in OOC chat before we get started. I find the roleplay tends to last longer, be more fun, and of a higher quality that way.
