@Voltus_Ventus I think I'm going to have to drop this, I thought I was ready for an NRP,but I'm finding myself very much overwhelmed by everything. My nation can be used as NPC one, and I'll answer any question's you have about it. Sorry about this, but it's just a bit too much for me right now.

In other news, the release date of the IC has been much like Half Life 3: Highly anticipated and prepared for, but still not here.

Ya, I'm rather impatient as well. But as the GM said, he does not have a computer at the time. Hard to write an interesting starting post a mobile, I assume ;).

Perhaps we should have someone start one off without him, or if he really wants to be the first poster (so as to write a decent introduction, as most GMs prefer to do) then he can, perhaps, just write "RESERVED!" as the first post and allow us to begin squabbling and going to war with eachother.

There is, of course, still the question of what sets off the events.

No, I'm glad Alfhedil said something this time. I agreed with Willy Vereb once regarding jet planes, but he constantly points out every single detail of someone's nation and brings up reference after reference to things that don't come into this RP. It's extremely aggravating.

I almost left the RP entirely because of him, and he's never even argued with me personally. People like him take the fun out of everything. I wouldn't mind him if he didn't constantly challenge and argue with everyone. I mean, I really like his nation and writing style, I just hate when I have to scroll past a whole page of him arguing with people who just want to enjoy the roleplay for daring to do something that didn't happen in reality

So I have a rough idea for my first few main characters and I was going to throw them in the important figures section of my sheet. The issue is names. Names of characters are always something that I overthink.

What do you giys envision when you hear the name Bey Chugo? Bey is a title and technically it should follow Chugo's name, so it'd be Chugo Bey, but Bey Chugo sounds so much cooler I think. But anyways, does Bey Chugo make you envision a crafty little bastard? He's supposed to be pretty sly, so if Chugo doesn't sound like that sort of name I'll think of something else.

To me, when I first heard the name Bey Chugo I immediately imagined a leader, and also someone who was somewhat aggressive. It's up to you, of course. I've never put much thought in names myself, but I did try to make "Trek Dael" sound like a speaker and such.

I imagine someone crafty and subtle would have a more flowing name. The G in Chugo hits your tounge like a hammer, especially after the soft sound in the U. It also sounds very Hispanic and out of place in a desert setting, but maybe that's what you were going for.

Anyway, I gotta keep working on my history. I'm never gonna get anything done arguing the capitalism of my nation.
