They really are. Horrible cheaters, too. Never play hide-and-seek with them, squish.
I still claim that Mystics are the best EVAH, and there is nothing you inferior wizards may do to change my mind.

It's always when things are getting good when things get broken...
Y'all, my computer just broke.
I only have a phone now.

Oh, I mostly glossed over the other sections and didn't realize that the demon summoning was called conjuration.
I'll keep Crompter the same because to rework him would be a pain and the way that he uses alteration seems different enough.
So I'm guessing the Prince's plan is to turn our characters all powerful mages in their own right into his loyal followers.
As for conjuration: when one has worshiped demons from other realms for many long years, they might find themselves gifted with forbidden knowledge. Conjuration is not the only secret they may learn from the Masters of Evil, but it is the most notable: it allows the summoning of demonic servants. As one learns, they will go from calling upon simple imps and hell-bats, to bring about the chaos of hulking battle creatures and world-destroying monstrosities. The best part is...the fiends are unable to break themselves away from the Occultist's grasp.

I'd appreciate it if you'd all tell me what you were going to do with the alteration, then.
Seeing as he only has one field and three other people share it, I get the feelingf that he's not going to be all that unique. I guess it depends on how strong the others are at alteration. If they don't do advanced things like turn themselves invisible, petrify someone, and do other crazy shenanigans like Crompter's mastery allows, it'd be fine. But I don't think any elaborated on specifically what they do with the alteration and the extent of their abilities.
Anyways, in your description of alteration you mention conjuration and say you'll mention it later but there actually isn't a section for that. If the others turn out to use alteration for the same thing as Crompter, I may just make him a conjurer since that'd fit him equally well.
Speaking of combined efforts, I'm gonna need the assistance of some peeps and their characters later.
For experiments.
