The Nobunaga Order; The Feudal KingdomA order started in the late 22nd Century created in the center of the Japanese mainland, started in a old military base used much like the vaults in America. Inside the base they could find fairly untouched scrolls and weapons from a pre-war time, telling a tale of a time when Japan was a strong country with brave warriors, bound by honor and courage. The Samurai.
The Shogun, leader of the Nobunaga Order is a man named Kenshin Ryoshima, a aging man who has lead the order since the passing of his father, whom followed in the footsteps of his father before him, Oda Ryoshima, the founder of the Nobunaga Order.
The order started out small, staying only in the Nobunaga Base where they were created for several years, only venturing out into the wasteland to find resources, but eventually, scouts mentioned finding another base, one used by the Americans stationed in Japan before the war, a search party was sent on the Shogun's behest, speaking of metal husks that could turn any man into a metal-machine. The Remnants of T-45d Power Armor.
Armed with modified power armor, given to the very best swordsmen in the order, the Nobunaga Order has been battling for the past two decades to cleanse Tokyo to make it their new capital, having several outposts by the coast in Yokohama. As such, the Shogun is seated in Tokyo.
The New Communist Party Of China; The N.C.P.C.Believing in using the formerly Annexed Japan as their area to gather a army strong enough to take back the mainland China, the NCPC is lead solely by prewar Ghouls, generals and officers from the old Chinease army who had survived the nuclear blast. Their ranks are compromised largely by ghouls, but also by other sympathizers of the communist belief. They were unoffically formed as soon as the radiation had settled and those that weren't dead from the blasts had been turned into foul beings.
Their struggle came from their brethren turning feral, but former scientist now turned into ghouls, the same that had created the stealth technology that had given China an edge in the war were quick to work on medicine that would slow the rate of which the brain of a ghoul will rot away. They are based in Southern Japan, where they have been gathering resources and recruits for their order.
The chairman of the NCPC is a ruthless general known as Wei Lou Xin, a commander at the battle of Anchorage who still can clearly remember the days of Chinese Strength. They utilize mostly prewar weaponry, assault rifles, handguns and mounted machine guns. It is even rumored that they are in possession of tanks, yet it can not be confirmed.
The Yokohama Settlers:The 'Natives' of Yokohama city Descendents of the first settlers on the land after the radiation had settled. They are mostly peaceful, but they do sport a medium sized militia of roughly hundred soldiers, using scavenged weapons and armor. They are under the command of Major Junn, a deserter of the Nobunaga Order, who has taught the settlers a thing or two about martial skills, and in his honor the militia has taken to calling themselves the Junns.
The NCRThe New Californian Republic are well known in America, they're a military power able to fight the Brotherhood of Steel, Ceasar's Legion and Raider gangs all at the same time without loosing ground, truly the closest thing to the pre-war Military power the world has ever seen. However, due to the multiple fronts of their battle in America, the NCR are spread thin and are running out a resources – most notably they are running out of ways to keep civilians safe.
A recon team of 100 soldiers at 150 settlers to grow crops and build a settlement have been deployed, these soldiers range in skill from privates to hardened soldiers, from carpenters to electricains, farmers, physicians, artists, anyone who could pay the fee to go was allowed.
They are lead by a five man council of Veteran Rangers who are not afraid to use their Big Iron to put down anyone who would go against the wishes of the NCR. However, due to the distance between Japan and America, they are limited in resources and unable to. The Five are sure to spread the will of the Republic to the Japanese Mainland.
