Chester hunched over, holding his head, while still cursing, softly. "Ow, ow, ow." He said, a singular tear in his eye. He rubbed his head quite furiously, and stopped once the man in the robe - the one who had thrown the briefcase on him arrived. Chester grabbed him by the collar.

"What's the big idea?! Trying to kill me with a briefcase?!" He shouted, the man explained and Chester let him go "Oh, yeah, that makes sense." Chester mentioned, the man opened the briefcase, and out flied papers - papers Lina and the man began collecting. Chester caught all that came close to him effortlessly, even going as far as to jump two meters into he air to collect two papers the wind had taken. Chester looked at the papers, despite the man's pleads not to do so. "Hey, these are just really rude drawings." The pirate mentioned. "Lina, this guy just draw dicks!" He laughed.

"They're not even very good drawings!" He continued laughing, forgetting all about his head trauma.

His features are a little softer than his fathers, yet, he is the spitting image of his father if one were to look away from the long ginger-locks over his face and the scratchy beard he usually sports. Julian is usually seen dressing modestly, in a hoodie, chinos, T-shirt and flat-top shoes. However, it's not unheard of for him to dress fancy in a dress-shirt and matching pants, or even a full on suit.

He makes a point to always clean up as much as possible for official occasions, styling his hair, shaving his face and wearing his nicest clothes whenever the occasion calls for it.

A suit using different alloys, including some alien ones from New Gensis and Thanagar, all gathered using his resources through Lexcorp. The suit is built upon one of his father's designs, optimized for finesse and comfort, rather than intimidation. It does not come with a helm, but instead with a neurological transponder, sending Julian's brainwaves directly into the suit, allowing him to control all of it's functions with but a thought.

Running on Solar Power, built mostly on Kryptonian schematics, the suit uses the solar energy to create tactile telekinesis, which is what most of the other abilities of the suit come from.
The suit is capable of lifting upwards 50 Tons, survive heavy caliber fire, as well as explosions - capable of handling a punch from Superboy without damage to the user or the suit. Flight, both thanks to the Nth Metal inside of the suit, but mostly due to the rockets in the boots, allowing Julian to break the sound barrier at Mach 3. It's also armed with lasers, plasma and pulse weaponry as well as Red Solar radiation and powerful electrical tazers, allowing him to neutralize just about any foe.

Small spheres with the Luthor Insignia on that floats around Julian, the orbs are created using New Genesis tech. They are capable of firing energy projectiles, laser bolts at foes, as well as generating powerful forcefields around them, allowing Julian to defend a large area, and himself from damage his suit can not handle.

The humble beginnings turned into a tragedy with a fire, but from the fire the greatest man of modern time rose.

His name was Alexander Luthor, and he would change the world with nothing more than his own two hands and his brilliant mind. Making his first million by 15, creating a new type of weapon system for the military. Lex Luthor took the world by storm, all the way to his 30's, when he was the richest man on earth, his power was unrivaled, and his vision was so close to coming true. He had a whole empire, the world at his fingertips.

And yet, one man in a red cape and underwear outside of his pants, flew around Lex's city and ruined his dreams. Luthor was no longer the most powerful man in the world. Superman was. And it was his duty to crush this UberMensch from another world, before the alien destroy all of man.

Lex would go on to fight a valiant battle against the Man Of Steel. He would spend countless billions of dollars on making technological advancements to prove to himself that Luthor was superior. That he was the Super Man, not this alien.

And that's where CADMUS came into the picture, science unit that would go where no other scientists would. Lex would fund their genetic research and he would demand them make organs for him. They were the clone Lex, to heal any of Lex's injuries, to repair any organ, or even to create a brand new body for the multi-billionaire.

All in the goal of creating a fully functional clone for Luthor, one that Luthor could use when his own body would give up - which it would eventually. With those countless experiments came countless failures. Dementia, psychosis, tumors and a million other genetic defects were all present in the clones, yet, there was one that stood above the rest. He was marked as "Project X" The Tenth 'breed' of Clone. He was perfect. He was physically strong, he was mentally powerful, and he was the only clone Cadmus ever created that was considered whole.

The recently formed Justice League took the clone in, and helped him recover, the telepaths of the league pieced together his mind again, making him a person. He introduced him as Julian Luthor, a secret love child from Lex's youth as a playboy. Julian was everything the world expected from the son of Luthor, he was a genius, one of the most intelligent minds on the planet, earning several doctorates before he was even 20. He even constructed a mechanical prosthetic for himself, replacing the arm he lost.

He soon found that corperate life was below him - it wasn't stimulating, and it wasn't fun. He sought out a life of heroism, but not the kind where you hid behind a mask. Oh no, he, nor his father would never let that slide. Sporting basic gadgets, he took to preventing crime, both as a business man, and as a superhero.

Soon, he was approached by Superboy - a man whom revealed himself to be also a clone from Cadmus, he was part of Project KR - he was a Krpyonian and Human Hybrid clone. He too, was Lex's clone. Superboy introduced Julian into the Teen Titans, a group of young Superheroes trying to find their place in the world. Julian didn't fit in at first, but over the few years he was apart of the team, he grew, both as a person and as a hero. He grew more confident, less worried about his heritage - he stopped being ashamed of his Luthor name when in the company of other heroes.

He began defying the darkness people associated with his house, he want to make it a name associated with good, like his biggest idol, the Man Of Steel did with his. Superman was always associated with hope for Julian, and the shield the Superman wore inspired him to become a hero.

Julian set out to show himself, his father, and the whole world that you don't have to be 'born' special, or good, or extraordinary, but you can become a Superman, even if you're just a man. That is why he's donning the Blue and Gold Shield of the house of EL on his Chest, and why he felt the disappearance of his idol was a call to action, a call to properly step into the spotlight.

He was gonna create a better future, the same future his father always dreamed off.

Motivation for joining the League?:

He wants to 'give back' to the world for giving him a second chance, to inspire others to do better with their lives. He wants to bring hope to people, the same way Superman did, but with the resources and the know-how he has from his heritage as a Luthor.

What do you bring to the League?:

Genius Intellect, shit loads of toys and funding capable of rivaling Bruce Wayne's, and a vast understanding of just about all things science. Engineering is his forte so understanding, using and fighting alien tech will be 'his thing'. Well, that, and a pimped out super-suit allowing him to emulate a lot of Kal's powers.
