haha, YES. Another red-headed person in the RP.(Spoiler: The ENTIRE family of heroes we've got as our characters are red-headed with green eyes. because that's what true badassery looks like.)

I seem to have a thing for red heads. I have three redheads right now. An angel and a fighter. .-.
Both are pretty badass. I'm assuming Jonnie and your character will also fit under the category of complete and under badassery.

Also, white hair and tan skin with yellow eyes is also pretty badass. I dunno why. I just... think they are. Lol.
Since the RP seems to be headed in a more 'fantasy' 'caves and farms' sort of setting, I've decided to change my character's picture. It's realistic and doesn't look like she's from some 2014 japanese anime setting. So yeah. Might just be my personal preference, but if there's any problem with that, I can change it back. ~

"What are you showing me? Air?"

Name:
Estelle "Stella" Adams

Age:
20

Gender:
Female

Height; Weight:
5'6" and 125lbs

Years in Blackwing:
One Year

Apartment Number:
1E

Room Description
Everything is neatly kept and if one thing is out of place, Stella knows about it. There are braille books stacked neatly on a shelf with a few nicknack instruments as decoration. One of them being a 'singing bowl.' Stella likes to play it a lot though she know it must get annoying. Her bed has mix matched colors on the bed mostly because Stella has no concept of colors. If one were to ask her what color she liked she'd probably just say blue because everyone likes blue.

In another corner of the rather small room, Stella didn't want a big room, she has a small desk with her laptop, adorned with braille keys so that she can actually type stuff up. Mostly her diary entries and things like that. She has a penpal that she's been talking to for a few years named Lucky. She's not sure if it's a boy or girl but Lucky is one of the only people that Stella can be herself around without fear of them knowing about her 'condition.'

On her nightstand next to her bed, Stella has a picture. What of, she doesn't really know. She just likes to keep it because it makes people believe she can see. She also has several posters hung up around her room. The guy at the store swore they were pictures of bands but for all she knows he could have given her pictures of female models. She supposes it's all up to interpretation.

Odd Trait:
Blind || Sarcastic || Emotional
"I'm blind, not stupid."
Physical Descriptions:
Stella is blind. Both eyes are white, as she was born with the condition. She has a small nigh invisible mole on her left cheek bone. She also has an interesting birthmark on her right hip that looks oddly like a star.

Background Info:
Stella was born blind which means she's grown accustomed to what she calls a minor 'tick.' She doesn't like being looked down upon because of her blindness and will often try to pretend that she is not blind. Which is why she insists on walking without using a cane. She likes to be barefoot because sometimes she can feel the vibrations of the ground and tell when she is getting close to something or when something is getting close to her. She also has very acute hearing. She can hear when a door closes at the other end of the hall and can hear the conversations of the people two doors down from her. She developed this early on when she could hear people sneaking around in her room.

When Stella was 10 years old, her parents died in a crash. How typical. She was sent to live with her uncle. But her uncle was no savior. Knowing that the young girl was blind, her uncle would come into her room at night and try to do things to her. Eventually, she began to train her ears so that she'd be able to hear him coming down from up stairs and be able to get into the bathroom to pretend to take a shower just in time for him to come into her room.

When she turned 18, she left his house and began to search for her own place to stay. At 19, she found Blackwing. Unable to get a good job doing much of anything, she elected to stay at blackwing. Sometimes she works as a waitress because she was able to trick the owner into believing she could see and that her eyes were just a weird color.
"Being blind is so inconvenient. Not because I'm blind but because people treat me like I'm blind."
Other:
Stella has a fascination with music. She can hear the most minute of details in a song and it mesmerizes her. She really wants to go to music school so that she can study to become a music teacher. She's been listening to a lot of self help music stuff so she can learn about everything she needs to know. She's already learned quite a bit about how to write sheet music even though she has a hard time writing. She doesn't really know if what she's writing looks like what it should. She just kind of... hopes for the best and swings with it.

Theme Song:

@ Scallop, Herro! Accepted, of course. ^-^

- Xanthus -

He sat on the beach, watching the waves roll onto the beach, the moonlight shining brightly on the water. God, he felt like an old man. A lonely old man. He let out a long sigh and shook his head. What was he doing, sitting here feeling sorry for himself? He'd heard the announcement earlier but elected to ignore it for now. Though, now... he felt like he might have should have gone... But... She might be there and if she saw him... He'd ruin everything for her.

Xanthus let out a frustrated groan and fell back on the sand. What was he supposed to do? He felt like he should just leave and let her be... let her move on like she seems to want to. But he didn't know how to move on. She was and had been everything to him. His entire reason for anything and everything. Maybe he should just take a chance on it. Just... start over with her. Be a friend and see where it went from there...

With that decided, Xanthus made his way to the lounge.
- Maria and Brako -

She took her cup of papers and went over to the large bed area to sit. She sat quite comfortably too, motioning for Brako to follow her with a sly look in her eyes. The old man who didn't look very old rolled his eyes but followed her, sitting close by her. He took this time to lay back and take a cat nap, resigned to his fate at this point. Maria chuckled at him and then turned to look at the students that were still standing around post-meeting. A wide grin formed on her face as she shouted, "If you're staying for the game, come have a seat. We'll be starting in a few minutes."
- Alex -

He sat in his room, staring at the wall, no really sure what to do with himself. Where had Kathy gone? He hadn't been able to find her all afternoon. Maybe he was just bad at looking or maybe she didn't want to be found. He didn't know. He probably never would. Maybe he should just leave her alone... He didn't need another mother like that... He sighed and fell back against his bed, looking up at the ceiling now. Where was his roommate anyway? Derek? He didn't even know him... Although he guessed that was the point. He didn't know anyone here. He felt like a small fry among all of them, which he probably was. He was like a grain of sand, barely there.

He stood up and shrunk down to his pixie size and let his wings grow out. With in a few seconds, he was at the lounge but the meeting was over. He noticed Kathy talking to Crash but elected not to go over there. He wanted to leave her alone. Though... what was she thinking right now? What would happen if he did? Alex shook his head and flew over to Maria when he heard her announce something about a game. What game? He flew over and sat down opposite the two adults and waited for something to happen.
- Xanthus, Maria, and Brako -

He made it just in time to see the end of the meeting as Maria walked away and went over to a huge bed looking thing. He searched the crowd but didn't see high nor tail of Lily. He did see a flash of red but it wasn't her. He wanted to mingle but he almost didn't feel like it. People were always too tight nit in their own friend groups. It wasn't their fault it was just the way things were.

He made his way over to where the principal sat and sat down next to her. "Evening." He greeted her and then nodded at the young man next to her. "Mind if I sit here?"

"Not at all, handsome." Maria returned, grinning from ear to ear. Brako simply groaned in reply, not moving.

"Is he tired?" Xanthus asked, a bit curious.

"Oh, that old man? Oh, he's just pouting. You can ignore him. Focus on me instead." Maria replied, winking at Xanthus. Xanthus laughed and shook his head.

"I'm afraid I'm not after that sort of thing." He spoke, his voice strong and firm.

"Oh, no one's ever looking for it. But okay. I'll leave you alone. For now." She replied, teasingly.

She chuckled at Carmen. She would have to get used to it. This was all new to her but she liked it. She liked it a lot. It was a lot better than living in that abandoned warehouse with everyone. Not exactly what she needed at the time but she'd survived. And now she was here... picking out clothes for her super diva roommate. She giggled at Carmen's speak of science. "Well, they can just call us Fashion Scientists then. Make a real career out of it." She said, half jokingly.

She watched Carmen pull out several dresses, sampling them and then placing them on the bed.

"I am at your disposal." She told Lily.

Lily chuckled, "You shouldn't have said that..." She said, laughing, as she stood up and looked over each dress. She picked up a few of them and handed them back to Carmen. "Take these back..." She mumbled, focusing on her task at hand. She now had four dresses remaining. Red, tan, purple, and pink. Smiling, she picked up the red one and took it over to Carmen. "Wear this one." She told her, smiling warmly, truly happy for once in a very long, long time. She was at ease with this person. There was no drama, and for once she could forget about everything that had happened to her. She felt like all was well with the world because what else existed besides what was going on right now, in this room. She didn't want it to end. It was kind of funny... She'd never felt this way with Xanthus. Sure she felt loved and protected but she didn't feel such ease like this. She felt like she was truly able to be herself, whatever that may be and that maybe this person could help her make more friends...

As she waited for Carmen to begin changing, a thought occurred to her. "Carmen... You know people around here... Do you think you could... help me make friends? I don't like being alone and I'm not very good at putting myself out there like I used to be. I mean, years ago, I would have already spoken to everyone and made friends with them but... I'm just not who I was 5 years ago... Think you could help me?" Lily asked, feeling weak for asking but she'd never get herself better if she didn't try.

@HylianRose: Hah! I like Jonnie. And I dunno if it's just me,
but I could kinda see her questioning her loyalties at one point, and maybe even going so far as to switch sides!
^-^

Spank you! I really like her and can't wait to begin RPer her. I didn't want a straight forward Hero or Villain. So, she's kind of both. Either way, I would have either done a corrupt Hero or a super rebellious Villain. She's meant to just kind of do whatever she wants. True Neutral, I guess? Probably won't end up that way.
"Of course." She replied when he thanked her. She'd listened to him talk about being a lifeguard and she had to admit, it was a bit different from what she expected. Maybe she should go for certification? Claire chuckled and pulled her legs up into the chair, sitting cross legged.

"Maybe I should go for certification. I grew up on a lake. I can hold my own." She told him, chuckling. "Still, I'm so fair skinned. I'd probably just bake out there." She continued, shaking her head slightly. Claire sighed after a bit and looked over at all the customers that had arrived. James was working like a busy bee trying to get them all filled. She'd feel guilty later...

"So, what other things do you do besides lazy about all day in your lifeguard's chair?" She asked, poking his arm to tease him. "I mean, there has to be more behind this beach bum, right?" She continued, laughing at herself.
"The only exciting thing that ever happens on this beach is when I have to blow my whistle to tell somebody to get away from somewhere. People here are too good at not needing a lifeguards help," he said with a chuckle. "What about you? I'd imagine working in a coffee shop isn't much more interesting, if not for the customers."

She chuckled at his response and took a sip of her now room temperature coffee. "Well, surprisingly, my day has been a bit more exciting than yours." She began, leaning closer to him.

"We had a customer come in that wanted some weird drink that we didn't know how to make and kept yelling at us because we couldn't understand him. I'm pretty sure he was drunk." She told Lucas, shaking her head a bit. "And then some lady spilled coffee on her self and we had to call an ambulance for her because she burned herself so badly in... all the wrong places." Claire explained, her cheeks growing red from the topic. "But... other than that, it's been pretty normal." She finished, putting her drink down on the table.

"I wouldn't have thought my day would be more interesting than that of a lifeguard's." She told him, chuckling.

Her head shot up when she heard the worry in Carmen's voice. Why on earth was she worried? She was asking Lily questions, wanting to know what had happened and was it something she said. Just as soon as she asked the questions, she was up and getting Lily a hair tie. She even asked if Lily needed anything else when she came back.

A bit flustered at this point, Lily simply took and hair tie and put it in her hair. When done, she let her braid fall softly on her shoulder and then looked up at Carmen who was watching her with worried eyes. Lily smiled and chuckled, shaking her head.

"Nothing's wrong. I don't know... I've just never had a friend like you before. The last time I can remember doing something like this with was my mother and that was a very long time ago." She explained, feeling bad for making Carmen so worried. "Anyway, it's nothing you need to worry about right now. Let's get you dress as well." Lily told her, putting on a smile. Her face was still a bit red from both being dressed and feeling a bit akin to a princess right now. If Carmen were to look at her too long, she might explode from getting so red. Then again, that was kind of silly. Lily sighed. She didn't know what she was doing anymore.
