A smile appeared on the still face of Stella as she listened to her flatmate sing in the shower. Just another thing she didn't tell people she knew about. Obviously, time spent in the shower was private. Stella kind of wished she could turn her ears off at times like this but she just knew she couldn't afford to. With her luck, the moment she did would be the moment someone would choose to try something with her.

Stella stood up in one swift motion and turned to face her laptop, to which she walked. She turned the piece of crap on and then waited for it to boot up. The damned thing took forever to turn on. It'd be at least 30 minutes before she could do much of anything with it. And then her internet... Slow crap... Then again, not like she could afford much better. Another smile as she heard Kenzie greet her and ask what she was going to today.

Sometimes, I wish I could tell her she doesn't have to yell. I could hear her even through my closed door. But then... I don't want her to know either.

"Morning Kenzie." Stella called back and opened the door, walking out toward the kitchen. She followed the sounds as her flatmate moved around and smiled at her. "I'm not sure. Today's my off day. Not much to do. I might try to compose some music today." She answered. She let out a small sigh when she heard Kenzie say something about going to Lucy's and then walk off, presumably by balcony. Maybe she should try and go too? It wasn't like she had too many other people she wanted to socialize with. But then what if she felt like a third wheel?

Stella let out a groan and ran her fingers through her hair.

I'm just ganna do it. Though... Not the way Kenzie did...

Stella grabbed her hoodie and pulled it over her head and went out the door. It would be a long while before her computer was ready to do much of anything anyway. She made way for Lucy and Cody's apartment. She turned around, watching everyone outside and knocked with her knuckles. "Got room for another misfit in there?" She called out, chuckling a bit.
@AL, take your time. We're always here for you when you come back and you don't have to squeeze in a post unless you want to.

@All, the new king is Kathy. Gogogogo. (I figured it was a pretty good way to say sorry for embarrassing the poor girl. Have people stare at her while she tries to come up with a command. Lulz.)

She smiled as the round came to a close. Well, that was one couple down. As far as she remembered, this game was both good for making friendships and ruining them. They'd see which would happen tonight, if not both.

She grabbed the paper from Mercy and then went around collecting from everyone else, ignoring any words or facial expressions sent at her. She shuffled the bowl of paper around a bit and then went around handing them out again.
- Xanthus -

His attention had been brought to her when the first round started. She sitting with a bunch of other people and talking to a boy... Which would have bothered him had the girl next to him not blushed and pointed at him for the round. That solved that problem. Still, she looked so happy... She couldn't see him yet as, like her, he was hiding his energy now. He didn't want to make her upset and for some reason he was avoiding trying to talk to her. Maybe after the game... Or next week. He didn't know. He really just wanted to disappear at this point. Still, he stayed and... took the paper from Maria.

His eye visibly twitched when Kathy pointed to Crash as someone attractive enough to date. Why did he feel this way? Wasn't she just supposed to be his mother? Maybe that was it. Crash was trying to steal away his mother. He needed to defend her but... how? How was he supposed to convince his mother to stay away from him and spend time with Alex? Alex needed time with her just as much as Crash did, probably more so.

After all, Alex always had been a Momma's boy.

He picked up the paper when Maria passed it to him and put his head on the table to think.
Brako was just relieved that he hadn't been in the last round. He picked up his paper and sighed.
Jonnie curled her upper lip as she walked behind most everyone. She was kind of falling behind, trying not to get too close to Mr. Ice Man up there. If things were getting cramped, she'd rather not be stuck next to him. Even Mr. Ze would be better than that guy. At least he couldn't freeze the hell out of someone.

Still, She marched on. This was better than staying back at the lair where there was bound to be nothing happening. Then again, maybe it would be better. She could mess with Mr. Ice Man's stuff. Heh... It was an idea. She let out a long sigh when a certain thought popped into her head. Why did they have to die? Soren's mom was nice if not... cold and I'm sure everyone else had something with their parents. Jonne couldn't say she missed her dad but somewhere deep down she might have missed the power hunger snob. Maybe... But probably not.

While the pathway was meagerly lit and... wet. Another reason Jonnie would rather be gone right now, she had put fire to her thumb in order to keep a light source near her. Darkness was another thing she didn't like. Cold and dark... Never a good combination.

She chuckled slightly when Robin offered to widen the tunnel. "That's be great but... then we might have a horde of kobolds on our ass." She remarked, rather rudely. She wasn't known to be the nicest person. But then... no one ever really tried. "Just keep going. If we have to crawl in nasty water..." She stopped, thinking about her situation more fully now. "Actually... I might just wait here. Even if I go in there with you guys, I'd be useless soaked in water. Unless someone brought a towel with them and knows how to use it with lightning speed." She told them, the last part a bit sarcastic. Just a bit.
Those on the pad already know but for those not on the pad, Mercy picked Number Seven which is Kathy. Lol.
Amara

She physically jumped off of Beast's back when Spike came crashing in, yelling things at her. Her eyes went wide as she stared up at Beast's back where Spike now sat. She tried her hardest not to cry, but to no avail. The little azurill sobbed and in doing so, soaked everyone within 5 feet of her in her tears. After a few minutes, she stood up and waddled over to Beast's leg to wrap her tail around him and cry into his leg.

Why did this kind of stuff always happen to her?
Luke

"You most certainly are a handful. Both literally and figuratively. Those tails are everywhere!" He told her, jokingly, hoping to god she didn't take it as a fat joke. He sat up slowly as she told him about himself. He really could only agree. His patience wasn't the best which made him wonder how he ever became the Alpha. Tough luck, he guessed. Probably wouldn't be long before someone else came and tried to take his place.

Luke looked down at the ground as Akira finished. He looked up at her with a smile on his face. "You know... Despite your temper there are a lot of things I do like about you." He started, sliding around her, looking her up and down.

"Despite your temper, you're one of the most capable women I know. Not that I know very many." He told her, sliding on.

"Your tails do something to me, I could never explain. You're adorable and so smart. You make me feel invincible and strong. And..." He trailed off, getting closer to her. "You're one of the only ones that has ever been able to return my gaze." He finished, putting his nose on hers.

"Yes, I know who you are. And I wouldn't change you for the world." He told her and looked into her eyes. "Besides, I don't think Amara likes anyone besides Beast. Maybe if you took the time to try and get her to talk to you, she'd warm up. I think you two could be good friends." Luke explained, his eyes softening as he looked at his mate.
Rin

Something about this pokemon set Rin on edge. His fur stood straight up and he let his teeth show, growling at the other poochyena. Why did this guy look so much like Rin? He didn't like it. And he didn't like how casual Vee was about it. Sure, letting Maw come was one thing. Letting a new poochyena come along? It felt weird. His nose didn't like it. The pokemon didn't smell like a poochyena.

Rin jumped out in front of Vee, separating her from the strange pokemon. "It doesn't smell right. That's not a poochyena..." Rin growled, still watching the fake poochyena. One wrong move...

When she was handed a slip of paper with a number on it, it would be an understatement to say she was confused but maybe not more so than Carmen. It took all of Lily's willpower not to laugh at Carmen's faces.

She's probably incredulous that Maria would bring us out here for a game but... that can't be it right? We must have missed something...

Lily shook her head at Carmen with a smile and a look that said,

It's not like we have to stay, but we might as well. Seems fun.

She raised a brow at her roommate as if challenging her.

You're not going to chick out are you?

Lily giggled and went to look back at Crash, who was talking to her. "We have? Sorry... My memory must be pretty terrible... You're Crash? It's nice to meet you." She spoke, her voice light and soft, if not a bit nervous.
- Alex -

Quite possibly, he could feel his heart breaking as Kathy walked in with Crash. He flinched a bit when she called out to him, being so nice. Yeah, good to see you too... He simply nodded his head when she told him she'd make leaving alone up to him. Sure, she would. Though, he had to admit, her attempts at brightening the mood did make him chuckle a bit.

"Good. Your real hair color suits you more. Pretty." He told her after changing into a bigger form so that she could hear him. He opted for his teenage form. At least this way he matched his real age. He stood up slowly after taking a paper from Maria and walked over to Kathy, his mood still down. He sat across from her and put his arms on the table to hold his head up. "I had to get my room set up anyway. No harm, no foul." He told her, smiling.

A lie.

He turned to look at Crash with a smile on his face. "I hope you're treating my mom well." He told him, hoping it got him confused. "Anyway. Any of you got King?" Alex asked, looking at the people around him. Lots of girls... He snorted inwardly, sighing. Why was he so tired all the time? He felt defeated and he hadn't even started yet. Besides, why was he jealous over his Mother?

Didn't you decide you didn't want her as a mother? She's not much better than the other one.

Okay.. so... Another lie.
@ DP, -glomps and cuddles- spank you.

I'll get started on making a list. If we have too many or too few when the game actually starts, I'll just cut the numbers and shift them around. So don't worry about it. Mostly me talking to myself because I worry too much.

If you see your character up on the list and you know for sure they aren't going to play, let me know. If they aren't on the list and they are going to play, let me know. I plan to get this thing started tonight.

FIRST ROUND!!

King: Mercy :D
Guys, if anyone has the list from the Pad of the characters that are playing in the game, that'd be great. Once I have that I can start getting numbers organized. Until then, you guys can keep posting. If need be, we can edit in that someone is the King so don't worry about it.

I need to go to bed because my nephew's birthday party is tomorrow so I'll see you all tomorrow evening when we can maybe get this show on the road.

ALSO. YOU ALL ARE LOVELY AND I LOVE YOU DEARLY. That is all.

"Of course, I understand!" Maria shouted at Carmen, smiling from ear to ear. She looked around the area to see that most of the students had arrived. "Why don't I just explain it to you all at once, hm?" She told Carmen before standing up. "Aright. If you're playing this game, I need all of you to come over here and sit down. Otherwise, we'll start without you." She shouted, a hand on her hip. "The King's Game is a game where everyone picks out a slip of paper and each paper has a number on it. Now, your number is a secret. Don't tell anyone, alright? One of you will get the paper with 'King!' written on it. If you do, tell everyone. The King gets to make a command. Something like, '#5 and #3 must hold hands for 3 minutes!' I'll be the ref and if the King makes a call that goes over the line, I'll tell him or her to change their command. So don't worry, and play!" She explained, making wild gestures with her hands. She went around an let everyone pick up a paper. "When you get your number, go ahead and look just don't tell!" She continued as she handed out papers.

She followed Carmen, well... She was kind of pulled around but she didn't mind. She rather enjoyed it. When she began to introduce Lily to her friends, Lily gave them a small wave before blushing as Carmen said more then she needed to. Lily could only mouth out a small 'Hello.' before turning away. When did she get this shy? She shook her head and turned back around.

"Hi." She said, probably a bit more forcefully than she meant to but before she could apologize and explain herself, Maria was explaining the... game? Lily blinked as a paper was given to her.

A game? Wasn't this mandatory?

She looked down at her number, still a bit confused.
