My character really can't not like Gus. She'll see the caring individual inside, blah blah blah. Me on the other hand? Gus makes my skin crawl. He makes me want duct tape his mouth shut and shovel him in a meat locker to stay for all eternity. .-.

Again, no insult. xD
Emily smiled at Caoro's offer to help. "Sure, just grab a shovel. Right now, I'm just tilling the earth. Then, we'll lay some topsoil down and do it all over again." She explained, probably a bit too excited. It'd been a long time since she'd had a home and this was beginning to feel more and more like it. She chuckled, looking at the dirt. So the things her dad made her do with him had helped her after all. She smiled widely and kept digging.
Emily watched the two talk, already getting rather bored of the whole discussion. "Gus, I understand where you're coming from. But respect is earned in different ways. There are many ways to define an effective leader not all of them including fear. If you'd like to go make your own warehouse and fill it with supplies, you can run things the way you wish. I for one, would not come to an angry or cruel leader for refuge." She explained, already feeling like she was speaking out of turn but, this was a much her group as it was his. If he had room to bitch and moan, so she would right back.

"Besides, I think she's do an effective job of being firm in her decisions. If that isn't an effective leader, I don't know what is. Personally, I think our leader just needs a cool head and a strong integrity. But then, I'm only 18, what do I know about being a leader?" She continued, putting her own two cents into the conversation, with that she walked out of the apartments and made her way up to the apartments. She found one she liked and settled in, placing her backpack on the ground. She went to the bed and began to disassemble it, piece by piece. She chucked all the extra bits in the empty room across the hall. She walked back in, grabbed her tent and set it up well within five minutes. She smiled at her work, satisfied. With that, she took out her things and placed them in the tent, setting them up just the way she normally would.

With that, she walked back outside and back into the warehouse. She took some of the supplies from the gardening section and made way for a flat piece a land very nearby. She looked around for Caoro but couldn't find her. She'd be a lot of help right about now... Emily sighed and took the shovel and began to slowly and painstakingly till the ground by hand.
Paris is all for a Gardening Club! ^o^/
Sorry, I've been doin' stuffs. Like.. eating and minecraft and other RPs. xD

Right now I have like 4 RPs I'm a part of, including this one. 3 of them are Casual... So yeah. I have to spend a bit of time on posts for those. Not much though, considering I type too much as is.

No insult to you, Vortex, but yes. Gustavus is a bit of a prick. I'll be interested to see how he would treat a lover. I don't want to say I'd feel sorry for her because, who knows, sometimes people change for others. I date a bit of a prick at times, so yeah. He's sweet to me, but an asshole to strangers. Lol.
Emily smiled at both Liz and Gustavus, glad to know their names. "It's nice to meet the both of you. Thanks for the room, Liz. It means a lot." She told the two. She turned to Gustavus and introduced herself, "And greetings to you, Gustavus. I'm Emily. Mind if I call you Gus?" She grinned at him, happy to meet yet another person willing to at least tolerate her. She heard Caoro yelling at her. She looked to see the girl walking towards her, waving a pair of headphone in her hands. "Oh my god! They have them! I've looked for them all over!" She exclaimed, running over to Caoro.

When offered, she grabbed the headphones and the MP3 player and began to inspect them. I wonder... She fiddled with the MP3 for a bit and managed to get it turned on and playing something, whatever it was. She plugged in the headphones and slid them on gingerly. Chicago was playing... At least, she thought it was. She remembered her dad listening to this song a lot. Saturday In The Park. She smiled to herself. At least it was an interesting playlist so far. She looked over at Caoro and gave her a quick thumbs up before walking back to Liz and Gustavus. She was a bit curious as to what they were talking about after all. She pulled the headphones down so that they hung around her neck and stayed nearby the two.
...-walks away, pouting-

My newcomer cuddles are apparently not appreciated. -ugly sobbing-
They made their way back to the warehouse on pretty high alert, trying to make sure no one they didn't know was following them. Emily smiled when they finally made it back and ran down the small hill with her things, headed for the warehouse. She ran over to the gardening area and threw the bags of fertilizer down on one of the shelves. Finished and satisfied, she turned to look for the woman from before, the owner of the flyer. She spotted her talking to another man, presumably one staying here as well. She smiled and walked up to the woman.

"I never got your name." She said, sticking her head into the woman's line of sight. She pulled away once she knew she had the woman's attention and straightened up. "Oh, and where are we staying? The flyer said something about an apartment. Does that mean I get my own room?" She asked, clearly very curious. She smiled at the man the woman had been talking to and sent him a little wave to say hello.
Ageha: You say that like it's a bad thing.
Well, We have three options. Random pairings (Which I don't recommend.), letting the players decide together, or letting it come together in IC. .-.
