Current putting yourself out there is scary, yes. but you rob yourself and others of those positive and welcoming interactions you might have. high risk, high reward. you've got this, friend.

Sorry about the wait. I'm afraid it's only going to get worse from here. I'm still not going to give up though. ~

(I can't decide whether I want her to keep her Doll memories, let them just come back to her slowly, or keep her like this. I may just say she'll gain her Doll memories as she grows older with Booker.)
Rika woke as the sun began to pour into the room. She opened her eyes slowly, letting them adjust to the light. After a few moments of letting herself wake up, she turned to face the other side of the room and saw Donovan asleep, leaned up against the bedpost, his head bent down towards Pakuna. She chuckled looking at him. He must have not been able to get to sleep very easily. Well, it had to happen eventually. She got up and walked over to the window, deciding to watch the sun set rise. It was something she'd done at home and it was a rather hard habit to break, not that she wanted to. No matter where she was, sunsets were still beautiful.

She stood leaning against the window for a good hour, just watching the sunset, the animals wake up. She even saw a few players walking around outside the inn, going about their day. It almost didn't even seem like anything had gone wrong, like everything was fine...

Yuki, you there?

"Unfortunately. I was wondering when you'd try to contact me."

...What are we going to do?

"Well, the only next step is to fight the boss. No one has even yet to find the boss door save for you."

Lovely...

"I'd recommend you garner more partners to aid you."

I don't need partners... They're just...

Rika sighed and glanced at the boys laying in their beds.

I don't know what they are really. I don't want to drag them into my problems, not that this is really just my problem... I don't know. I just... I don't want to get hurt by anyone. I have enough to get hurt by right now. I don't even know if I can really trust you...

"You'll have to figure that out on your own. All I can do is be there for you. Same goes for the boys. At least give them a chance. You were so friendly with them before, why hesitate now? Because it's not a game anymore?"

Rika sighed, giving up. She stayed leaned against the window, just watching.
"I'm glad I saw." She replied, walking over closer to her. Ginny, with a warm smile, bent down, pulling her hair out of her face and looked at the girl's face, studying her face. "Personally, I don't think you need makeup. But, it looks fine. If you want me to fix it up for you, I'd be happy to do so. Though..." She sent the girl an awkward smile. "I'm not very good at it. I'm not exactly the 'makeup' type of girl. I prefer to just be... comfortable, yanno?" She continued, sitting down next to her.

"So, what's your major? I'm an English Major. You know, the standard fall back for most female college students." She continued, laughing. She pulled her legs up into a crisscross on the desk and pulled her hair over to one shoulder. "It's not like I'm really good enough to do anything else. But still, I like writing. It's fun and it lets me say things I wouldn't normally say out loud." She told the girl, trying to help the conversation away from what just happened. She didn't really need to dwell on it anyway. Females were like that sometimes and most of them were two-faced and not worth anyone's time.

She turned to look up at him as they exited the building. "Our part of the city? Are there parts I can't go to because they don't belong to us?" She asked, genuinely confused. She wasn't quite sure what to think, she thought the city was pretty normal but that was something she didn't know about. Maybe she wasn't as well learned as she thought.

She walked outside and smiled at the light and the greenery around them. It all looked so beautiful. The sun was shining, the trees were green, everything seemed perfect. To some, it might have been creepy, run down, but Casey only saw the beauty of it. She smiled and took in a breath of fresh air, feeling as though it was the first time she'd ever done so. Which to her, it kind of was. She knew about it, she'd just never experienced it herself. It was weird, it was as if she knew everything yet everything was so new at the same time. She didn't quite know how to explain it.

She walked out towards the forest, not waiting for Booker and walked up to a tree, placing her hand on it, feeling the bark. She turned and smiled at Booker. "I love the outdoors. It's always so... fresh, so new." She told him, smiling warmly. There was something about her that seemed so wise, so old yet so incredibly young and naive.
They poof-ed into a void while Muse wasn't paying attention. Oops.
That sounds like a plan to me. I can't say I'll always be very active but... I'll never leave permanently.
That's fine. I'm busy with end of the school year things so I can't always been on.
-is here- -for now- I'm on break for Easter. Working on a paper draft but I'm here. Procrastinating as always.

I'm waiting for an opportunity to wake up Rose. She did in fact fall asleep. -cough-
There's always a way to bring it back. It seems this sort of thing is happening all over. I put up an Int Chek for an RP I'm trying to get up off the ground and I haven't even really gotten a nibble. And I don't want to be that 'Bump' asshole.

Plus, I really don't want to have to GM it all the time... Mer. If any of you are interested, (AND THAT DOESN'T MEAN LET THIS ONE DIE BY ANY MEANS. I'LL HUNT YOU DOWN.) there's a link in my siggy to the Int Chek... -cough-

But yeah, I'm not leaving unless you tell me to. I'm here to stay. Muahahahahaha...hahaha....haha...haaaa....

In the middle of town there's an old prestigious academy. Most of the people in the town have never been inside and have only seen glimpses of the students inside. Most of the time there is a large gate and the court yard is full of students going about their day. Most of the towns people just take it as it is and assume their kids will never be able to get in. The school is very selective in even allowing visitors.
A young man walks into the back gate of the school, where students enter. It's a bright, sunny day, he pulls his hair back and looks around as he enters. Seems he entered into the garden area off to the side. He'd visited the school before but it always seemed to have more students than this. As he looks around, there are a few students scattered around the yard, doing their own things.

"Surprised?" A voice says from behind him. He turned to see a dark skinned man with white hair and yellow eyes.

"A... A bit." The boy replied, looking up at the man. At his reply, the man let out a loud bellowing chuckle.

"Don't worry. It's magic. The school has a barrier around it, lets them see what we want them to see." He told the boy, smiling brightly down at him. "Welcome to Athalia Academy! I'm Criston. It's nice to meet you. Here, let me show you around the school." He continues, walking ahead, motioning for the boy to follow him. He follows, though a bit reluctantly as the man takes him through the school. It seemed like he was an older student by the way he spoke.

So that's what I have. I really want this RP to get up off the ground but I can't be on everyday. I'm going to need someone to help me co-GM that will be on more frequent than I to regulate things. If you're interested in co-GM and can promise you'll be on and dedicated, please PM me with why you think you would be a good co-GM. I'll message the one I choose and let them know they have been chosen.
