“ The ...ground is ….shaking… Where the hell am I? Fuck my hand feels numb.”
Marxo awoke in disarray. The ground beneath him trembled in a mighty rage. This battle had took a toll on the island. It seemed there was an avalanche happening where the mountain once was. The tree had now took form as a statue. The rest of the island would be devoured in snow. Those families couldn’t be saved by anyone. Marxo noticed his wrist as it dangled from the socket it called home. The pain immediately shot through his body. He dropped to his knee and doubled over.
“Damnit...I need to pop this back in place.” He winced as he grabbed one hand inside the other. *SNAP* It popped back into place. Marxo doubled over in pain once more . He then tore his captains coats and wrapped it around the injury. With his free arm he then reached into the coat and pulled out a pack of cigarettes and a den-den mushi. It had been months since he had a smoke. Losing an island called for one. He sat back against what used to be a neighboring mountain to the current one going falling into an avalanche and lit a cigarette.
Pushing back his hair he spoke , “Overconfidence…. I should’ve killed him when I first seen him. My arrogance got the best of me and and I failed the mission. To think the bastard actually got away...Where the hell is Johnny!
He then spoke into the transponder. “ Johnny. Get your ass here now. Xerxes is out and making an escaping. At the current moment I can’t tell where the other are located but the Red Hood Pirates are also here. I think the planned to break him out. The entire island is covered in snow so any bystanders have been killed. This now makes the Red Hood Pirates considered dangerous. Use all measures to stop them at any cost. Also send reinforcements to where the giant statue is. The others may need help .
He breathed a sigh of relieve . He could always count on the marines.

So do we go attempt to cross the Grandline after this Arc? What so we deal with afterwards.
Not yet..We feel its necessary to explore the grandline just as the straw hats. The number of islands is left up to you. Me and @renny thinks its too early for the new world. I also think we should let our characters develop more by going on separate adventures. Not really trying to jump the gun.

Marxo careened in the opposite direction of Xerxes. He done his job. The prisoner was no longer threat. All that was left was to clean up the dirty work. His thoughts raced as he impacted the mountain. It exploded from the sheer force of the marines speed and his haki covered body. His hand was dangled from the wrist previously broken from reality checking Xerxes. The man’s body could no longer hold its form . He began to feel weight collapsed on his legs.
“ Shit ….Guess I outdid myself there. I think I’m going to get out of this damn tree and rest.”
With that of his energy he hand his fist a giants’ . “ This should do the trick.” He then wrapped the fist in haki and proceeded to punch the hollow tree. He broke a hole big enough to squeeze out of horizontally and climbed through. At that moment fresh air hit his face at alarming speed. He soon noticed he was free falling from at least 600 ft.
“ That's right . I was at the top of the tree. Well damn my luck. I’ll be out for a few.”
The marine continued to fall into the gravel below him . When he finally reached the ground the impact sunk him 4 ft. deep. Before passing out from injury and exhaustion he grabbed a den-den. From his inner captain's coat pocket. He rung up Johnny who currently on the outskirt of the island and said one last thing .
“ Reinforcements …..are….. mandatory.”
I'll be posting when i get off work.. in the mean time enjoy the other fights. I see Zepps gonna try and beat Jax...injured Zepp >.> ..why this man decide to wear burgundy of all colors??

Marxo was surprised. Xerxes had used the wood of the tree as a decoy or a sneak attack and it succeeded. The impact from the kick Xerxes placed on Marxo’s abdomen sent him careening into the mountain wall. He’d completely lost his breathe due to the wall embracing his body formation and engulfing him into its abyss.
“ Damnit!... I underestimated his power. Using this form i was able to gauge his power. Thirty-fold would probably make the match even but I need to decimate him. I need him to understand that justice prevails over all.”
With these words Marxo climbed out of the wall and landed with a hard thud on the earth below him. He then stood up and looked towards his opponent. He was about to use ability at a higher range. The toll would cause his body to eventually shut down but it didn’t matter, All he needed was one attack.
“ Xerxes ...I never imagined you’d be quite this strong, but this is where is differ.”
He closed his eyes as he did during meditation. His body began to glow a bright blue. He was using his power to speed up his body at a rate much higher than before. “ Prepare yourself. Motto motto seventy fold supīdo.”
The aura surrounded his being as immense pressure and began to break the things around him. All of a sudden the auras’ presence disappeared. In this instance Marxo appeared before Xerxes. They were face to face. Marxo’s eyes burned a deep blue.
“ This is true speed .”
Marxo took some the power that was currently running through his body and directed it into his hand. He would then multiply his strength 75 fold in order to make this the killing blow. He moved at rates of over 150mph. His armament haki protected his skin as the movements were made. At first he raised his hand to Xerxes chest , slightly touching Xerxes dress shirt with the tips of his fingers, Next he made a fist and inserted in the place where Xerxes heart should be. The punch would come at speeds never known to man. Marxo was trying to stop Xerxes heart just to make him understand life is precious. He shouldn’t go squandering it over a grudge. If the punch landed the recoil would send both flying ,rendering Marxo’s arm useless and stopping Xerxes heart from contracting.
@LokiLeo789 explain to me where it states you're faster than marxo? I thought your rajin mode only gave you faster thought process. You stated yourself it didn't make you stronger or faster. Then contradicted yourself by stating he can overcome his own speed limit. Which one is it? Based off these theories alone you wouldn't be able to grab him...let alone break him arm which is cover in haki from my previous post .
On top of that theres a thousand afterimages. How do you keep up with this no boost to physical attribute or mastery in observation haki?
Rayne's mental and physical faculties were on a whole 'nother level. At this point in time, his mind was taking in information at speeds that would cause a grown mans head to explode. He was moving so fast that the world around him took on a grayish tint, and everyone else looked as if every movement they made was in a tub of molasses. Theoretically speaking, Raijin Modo didn't really increase his speed, it just optimized it so he could move at his peak speed, and surpass it all the time.

The second afterimage appeared simultaneously beside the first and thousands more appeared to surround Xerxes . In this moment a thousand haki covered punches came raining on Xerxes from every direction.

He then went on the attack activating the first level of devill fruit ability.

Marxo saw no way of Xerxes dodging. His punches would enough damage to immobilize the prisoner..At least that was the hope.

My friends told me about this RP and some of the kickass stories (like when that guy threw the scythe at marines, that was pretty fucking lit.) and I was intrigued man. I know the RP says it's full, and I respect that, but I was wondering if perhaps you can find an opening for me? Quite frankly I'm not even interested in playing a cool character, in fact I kinda wanna play a totally useless guy. It seems like it'd fit in the One Piece universe/the Golden Turd crew. Furthermore I know quite a few people in this RP (Hi Renny, it's me, Partisan.) so that's already got me excited.
Anyway just wanted to let you know, cool RP, I hope you can find a spot for me sooner or later. Cheers!
