Shiranui let out all his Pokémon and tucked into his meal while his Pokémon tucked into theirs, all wearing looks of contentment on their faces.

Shiranui was not surprised that Jessie and James were around.
"I was with Liam when she was at the Blackthorn Gym and I took out her Excadrill in battle," he added.
"When I met Iris, she was visiting the Blackthorn Gym. She and I have even faced off in a dragon-type exclusive tournament."

Okami ran over to Shiranui and Shiranui congratulated her on her evolution.
Lycanroc had been badly poisoned and infatuated with Okami and tenaciously kept fighting despite those ailments. Okami's tail adopted a metallic sheen, showing she was using Iron Tail, as the Rockruff jumped into the air and slammed her tail on the stricken Lycanroc. The hit was critical and Lycanroc was defeated. Okami let off a bright glow as she evolved to a Midday Form Lycanroc and uttered a victory Howl.
