Shiranui saw Jen's expression and inquired, "What is it about Fairy-types that worry you?"
"Both trial sites are in the Vast Poni Canyon," answered Shiranui, "The first of the two we'd likely get to is the Fairy trial."
Shiranui checked over his equipment and confirmed he was ready. He left the Pokémon Centre and checked his PokéNav app for the location of their next trial.
"I believe it's the local Grand Trial," Shiranui speculated.
"I have no doubt you're right," Shiranui agreed. He was getting a hunch that Maribella was setting a trap for him by showing off her party.
"We found one of the flutes," answered Shiranui, "I had a feeling Exeggutor Island was a walk in the park compared to what you guys went through."
Shiranui listened to the report on the radio while waiting for his Pokémon to be healed. He knew the poachers were vulnerable for now and decided to take advantage of Maribella breaking some of the cardinal rules of ninjutsu by devising a party that would counter the six Pokémon she revealed to him.
"The poachers must have drawn them into a trap," replied Shiranui, "We'll need to go back to the Pokémon Centre and discuss our next move."
“I think Team Rocket we’re trying to snag Pokémon as the poachers took advantage of the situation” Jen says as Michiru notices a statue up ahead as her two tails.
"I'm inclined to agree," replied Shiranui, spotting the statue, "This looks like our destination."
