He knew Raven Tale would be roaming around town and would likely cause trouble. He didn't understand why the two guilds didn't get along. There were plenty of jobs for everyone. The rivalry went way back so it was likely that only the older members like gramps would remember the cause.

"In this class room we will work on school subjects. You will get a full education. You must complete you high school classes. You can't get a job now days without Atleast a diploma. After that you may chose to take college classes if you want something better then minimume wade." Zodiac explained.
