@Mr_pink
The fucking Katana though.
(You know, now that I look at it, Imma bet money that it's literally anything but a katana)

I was indeed aiming for few numbers but higher technology grade due to the fact that their Deep Code originates from an alien artifact. Also, in terms of EMP, while obviously effective, my Qai aren't stupid and know this too. Therefor they have developted ways to protect themselves against such weapons. Of course the entire effect of EMP cannot be negated completely. Think of it as a flashbang.
Further, I'll see how I'll develop them in relation to humans. It's a fact that the Qai right now are pretty much a blank slate when it comes to humans. So when they make first contact, that will mark if future encounters will be met with hands out stretched or guns pointed.
How can you kill off a character that people have invested money into skins for?

Ew.

By any chance have you noticed the cycle of intensive world building, progressive loss of thematic focus and eventually player drop out sprees that seems to affect sci-fi NRPs?
Interstellar Ascension is perhaps the most interest case study of such NRP cycle.
@Sep
Hmmm
Based on all the merchandise and such, I would place you to be mainly a...
Star Trek fan.
Yes, definitely.

What say you to me having an office/factory in your space? Possibly some predefined trading relations?
Assuming it's accepted at some point, that is :)
