It was good while it lasted. Would totally have been Afghanistan again in this RP if the major powers didn't need to be filled. Would have prevented a lot of the problems I was dealing with in the old WiR :P

My goodness, you're right! Outcast, hand over all that secret info...I just can't wait to get bogged down in working out exactly what all these random numbers mean! It doesn't seem to be a coincidence that you're pushing for him to play nations that would inevitably join your alliance.

Why would Egypt join their alliance? Considering the rhetoric of Russia against Islam the moment Egypt joins them I can fully expect the population to kick those Albanians out quite firmly. In the end, the only reason Tunisia and Egypt haven't joined the Empire yet is because haven't made any orders regarding them, nor have I discussed in any detail with Outcast how it's going to happen, nor am I too fussed about them joining a few turns late.

Belgiums income has not been added to the Netherlands because that takes two updates - and before you get angry and say I should have said that, most parts of the stats are kept secret, and it was the same for all nations; Prussia, Sweden, Siam, all of them.Now will you all stop whinging?

What are you on about? It is a fact of history that the Ottoman Empire fell into debt in this period due to increased naval expenditure. Shouldn't be feeling the effects until 1876, and since I'm already a democracy...the consequences have been neutralised. That's the last am saying on the matter.

And just to put it out there, Outcast is doing a brilliant job, though I don't understand how such a puny nation like the Netherlands could raise such a force, even if they paid double. Just one of the countless mysteries of the world...
