@Muttonhawk That was either one hell of a storm, or those are some flippin' flimsy whatchamadjigs. Or both.

And I honestly can't remember whether I actually based that part on Space Marines or not. Originally they were all 'Brother' this or 'Sister' that (in Mk.I that is), but I eventually introduced what came to known as 'The Hallowed Hundred' (basically, elite Victors) and those were referred to as 'Battle Brothers/Sisters' to differentiate them from the others. You may have guessed, but there were in fact one hundred of those guys and gals.

But I freely admit: the idea of the Victors was always loosely based around Space Marines (less so in this iteration as they're not going around crushing Xenos). Except that they dwell in something closer to the stone age relative to actual Space Marines.
Creation - 4 Might
Conceptual

Name: Vowzra's Victors
Description: A large Order of some 1,000 individuals dedicated to Vowzra, Belruarc and Illunabar, as well as Belvast and The Bard. The Order is made up of loyal adherents whose base is New Chronos and who are a central part of its ever-expanding, undying community. On New Chronos, they forge their specialised weapons and their unique spider-silk armour, and are trained on a perpetual basis in preparation for a time when they would have to protect New Chronos or venture into the Universe outside in order to carry out the will of their guardian gods.
Vowzra's Victors are specialised in the use of weaponry and 'Wi', a form of magic heavily centred around telekinesis which the Victors unlocked over their eons in Chronos with the aid of both Vowzra and the Bard.
They are distinguished by their spider-silk armour, which covers them from head to toe, and which is impossibly light while offering protection far beyond anything most naturally-occuring metals can provide. The silk is harvested from the Chronos Silk-Spider with a special technique known only to the Victors, and the armour is likewise created using another such technique.
They are also distinguished for their viciously curved short-swords which have an extra long grip for two-handed use when necessary. In addition to that, also usually wield pole-swords which have a razor-sharp naginata blade at one end and a spearhead at the other.
The Victors are staunchly loyal and religious, they have faith in all their guardian gods and truly believe that they are protected - whether it is by the 'Celestial Above', Chronos itself, 'Our Master the Bard and Our Master Belvast', or by 'Our Mother of the Cherry' or 'Our Mother of the Words'. They follow them all and do their bidding as it best deserves to be done. Years of meditation, contemplation and rigorous study, as well as training and living together have also given them increased mental capacity, focus, discipline, organisation, and skill with 'Wi'. On the battlefield or in the temple, these are warriors famed, models of human character and morals, and unmatched worshippers of their guardian gods.
Amongst the Victors are also those who are specialists in covert action and are nigh impossible to detect in their covert form, even by low-level gods. These particular brothers, given the honorific 'Silent Brother' or 'Silent Sister', are capable of becoming invisible (hiding their presence completely and making them nigh impossible to detect) and teleporting long distances. This has limits. They cannot, for instance, teleport from one planet to another as such would require Wi reserves which they simply do not have.
One of the key differences between Victors and normal inhabitants of New Chronos is that even when they leave Chronos. Moreover, the Time energies within them mean that, when a guardian god intervenes, they are capable of recovering from the most serious injuries and even come back to life after being slain (this is a complete return to life and not 'undeath').
Victors usually refer to one another with the honorific, 'Brother' or 'Sister'. Particularly powerful Victors, who are not of the 'Silent' variation, are given the honorific 'Battle Brother' or 'Battle Sister'.
Appearance: All Victors, when going into battle, are dressed the same. They are covered from head to toe, much like mummies, in Spider-Silk. The head is likewise covered, but has on it the Vowzrid Mark. Above this first layer comes the second, a white silk-spider robe with a wide hood. This is exceptionally thick and can absorb blunt damage just as well as it resists being cut. Above this comes the final layer, which is a white full-body cloak also of spider-silk. The back of this last layer also sports the Vowzrid Mark.

@WrongEndoftheRainbow

Just to be clear, I don't intend to be mean. I'm just doing some critical thinking.

Of course, I completely understand and see that, and I absolutely support your approach. If we can indeed just make a wikia page or something that is online and more accessible, it would be far better for Rainbow to expend his time and effort doing that instead - since he's doing it anyway and we might as well ensure maximum utility (within reason) for all players.
@WrongEndoftheRainbow Shet, it's nearly February. *Leaves the Guild forever and starts getting worried about exams*

Pretty much. Two characters to be specific, each one having a signature skill/spell that felt like it needed some khookies to justify it.

I've no issues with you doing that if you feel more comfortable with it, and anyone else is welcome to use this system also. For the moment though, I think keeping this area between normal creations and heroes flexible is for the best (we don't want to get into a position where the amount of Khookies expended into a 'Sidekick' becomes a basis for their 'power' as has somewhat become the case with Might at points)
@WrongEndoftheRainbow
Which leads us to the next question, @WrongEndoftheRainbow: what is the advantage of your program over a more accessible online wikia page?

The grilling must go on.

@Double Capybara Don't be afraid to innovate ICly, the game mechanics are meant to be flexible and these grey areas are meant to be explored. Otherwise this would be a stat-based RP (and, no offence to anyone who likes rigid stat-systems, I just don't).

For instance, within Vowzra's Victors there are figures who are much more powerful than others. A figure like Mora is far more skilled and knowledgeable than most other Victors, figures like Zina and Sali also. None of them are heroes, but they are older and have backstories which justify the difference. An Order doesn't mean that everyone within it is of the same skill level or competence, or has the same thoughts or sees everything as the others do, even within an Order there are differences. Obviously, this is quite a niche area and not everyone would want to go into as much detail into the intricacies and workings of Orders and Heroes, and those who are the closest friends/allies of certain Heroes, but it's all there to be explored for whoever is interested (coughLikeMecough).

Edit: but as I understand it, what you're stabbing at is a 'Sidekick' mechanism which would reflect the 'Order' mechanism but only in one indivudual, right? So that one individual would be exceptionally exceptional.
@Double Capybara Don't think this is controversial at all. Exceptional individuals don't need to be heroes - look at Eskandar, not a single khookie or piece of Might was spent on him, and he built a tribal nation from scratch, trained warriors and taught them many things etc. was an exceptional orator, warrior, leader and innovator. No Might, no Khookies.

Bjorn is another example - he can speak the language of the Pack-Minds. He's not even an 'exceptional individual'. Susa was for a long time not a hero and did some terrific things. If figures like Eskandar, Susa and Bjorn can do what they did without Might and Khookies, I have no issues with exceptional figures who are bolstered with Khookies being even more exceptional xP
