Bishop "The Network" Wallace

In the heart of the G-Block district of the prison city, sitting on the roof of a building in an outdoor lounge chair, surrounded by several notebooks with writing on them and a large umbrella shading him as he took a sip of lemonade, Bishop was in the middle of getting his recent deals accounted for. there were 3 members of the Black Out Crew with guns up on the roof with Bishop, one being an informant.

There was a visitor coming up, being watched with guns pointing at him, as this man wanted to speak to Bishop but was stopped short by the informant as the informant walked over to Bishop and let him know who it was as his chair was turned away from the visitor. "What's up, WADE?" Bishop said putting a strong emphasis on Wade's name. He walked over slowly "Hey uh...Bishop...um...you w-wanted to s-see me?" Bishop was counting and making marks on another notebook. "Yeah....I wanted to see you. I'm not gonna waste any time.......got my money, bitch?" Wade gulped a little "Well y-you see...I have a bit of a problem..." interrupting Wade, Well you see....we do have a problem indeed. You came to me...desperately because the group you bought drugs from...well...they were taken down recently by one of our colorful gangs here in this wonderful city and you came to me to get your cloud 9 on. From what you told me, you said...and I quote: "Bishop, if you hook me up, I swear.....I SWEAR that I will have money for you in 48 hours. I...am good for it." Ain't that what you said? and then when I came to collect then, you didn't have it and you were nearly killed until you offered to do a job to get that money for me and I said...hey...I'll cut him some slack. I'll let him get that job done and I'll get paid and boom...no harm...no foul. Today was the day that you're suppose to pay me and all I've got so far is excuses."

Wade was trembling a little mostly from the drugs but also from the fact that he could die any moment. "Look...I-I'm going to get it but people like The Wolf and James Tarvelli, even La Plaga....I..I can't steal from them...they'll kill me-" "Oh so it's okay for you to steal from me huh? gonna ask me for another hit to build debt? let me tell you something....I make sure that debt is not built. You know what's bad for business? Bullshit promises and the word from pathetic pieces of shit like you. When someone buys from me, we do that shit up front but I was feeling very giving that day, which, was my mistake. Not only do I have to worry about you not paying me but I have to worry about the Wolf trying to fuck me over, James Tarvelli threatening to come after me, La Plaga shutting me down, my products and items not coming in, not being able to make profit with other competition, This big ass mutant of a man eating me, and dealing with other sheisty ass people behind these walls. I have too many important deals and people to worry about than to sit here and stress that this dumbass is going to cheat me....so....you know the rules, suffer to consequences. With that, one of the Black Out Boys came from behind and slit Wade's throat as the body dropped to the ground.

With a sigh and laying a notebook down, Bishop pulled out a newspaper to read about what's going on outside the walls as his informant called others to clean up the mess by tossing him over the edge and wait for the scavenger prisoners to grab the dead body and pull it to one of their hiding places. Bishop looked up Hmm...I think I may go for a walk today...see how my fellow citizens are doing and what they're up to. maybe have a promotion sale or somethin'....or maybe talk to our best customer and "friends", Smiley and the Joker Boyz...if they ain't doing anything crazy... Getting up with the newspaper tucked under his arm and started heading down the stairs to "socialize".

Tito tilted his head, still in dog form from Sigma's response. She was seemingly getting a little aggressive verbally and just watching her in bewilderment. He guess it was a little comforting to know she would not try to humiliate him. It was common for a woman to want to see cute animals out of his abilities but he couldn't really get mad at her. He assumed the worse from her which was not fair to think that way. He was tempted to lick her just to fuck with her and break the seriousness.

When she said she would not humiliate him in public, a part of him wondered if she was flirting with him. Sighing a little He didn't answer right away to what she was saying and led the way to the park, sniffing around and speaking without looking I'll say this...I don't care about you getting pissed...people get mad at me all the time and it don't phase me but I'll tell you what...if we succeed....I'll give you a pass and you can choose whatever you want but behind closed doors. and I'll let you know if I have something... Which meant he'll have to simple bark and act like a dog. Tito stopped To be more believable, want me to lick your face and sniff your crotch and ass too? He asked jokingly and sarcastically.

He continued until getting Prime's scent which led off into the bushes and wilderness looking area. He started to jog a little and barked to get Sigma to follow. Something was weird though. He could smell Prime but not really anyone else leaving him wondering if Prime really was alone. Continuing on, he went deeper into the woods seeing that the scent trail led them to an aqueduct pipe.

Giggling along with Cal about the milk part, Zoe nodded "nothing worse than drinking it in front of them" she said giggling again. Listening to Cal talk about his family background, Zoe shrugged when asked why "Just wondering where you come from. I bet your family was nice. My family disowned me and used to beat me up and ruin my life when I was younger but Tito is the only family I got.....he took care of me since I gained my abilities. He's a good brother despite acting like he has constipation and sexual frustration. Never thought I was that much a pain that nobody wanted me before....." not really afraid to talk about her past but in her eyes she did seem a little sad but perked back up "You all are like family to me now so I feel better and you're more fun to hang with." grinning wide.

Tito stopped from running off when she spoke up and turned to her after her comments about his compliments. Shrugging the best he could as a cheetah while getting petted by Sigma, Tito made a retort. Well at least you're honest..... He stayed put when she said she knew where the park was, being teleported there instantly, which was good so to not waste any more energy running there. Now was time to seriously kick ass. Now was to bring this to an in. Now, Tito was about to walk into the park until.. "Dog... yes I am asking you to be a dog."

In his cheetah form, Tito's eyes were widen. With her request for him to be a dog, Tito thought about something he's dealt with in the past. The last thing Tito would ever want, would be shifting into whatever animal people wanted him to be as if he was a circus sideshow freak or to be considered as someone's personal pet that wants him to change into what they felt like having him be. Zoe used to try that back when they were living together, requesting for him to be a penguin, Koala, peacock, hedgehog, kitten, canary, owl, dolphin, even a skunk, and each and every time, Tito shifted into a ferocious animal to chase the girl down to kick her ass.

Tito was hoping and praying Sigma wasn't thinking that way about him but one thing he couldn't deny was that turning into a dog was not only believable but it would be also useful to sniff Prime out. Tito turned to Sigma A dog?.....I'm only turning into a dog because it's useful...not because you told me to turn into one. Trying to save face but also making it obvious to her that he is a little sensitive about being demanded to shift into the desire animal someone else wants. He didn't want to admit his sensitivity but it was too late by how he explained his reasons for shifting. he shifted into a blood hound and turned around You're not thinking about making me your own personal pet, are you? Tito asked to get reassurance. More than likely she would probably lie that she's not thinking that way but who doesn't want their own shifting pet? This reasoning and the tail he has in his human form are pretty much the biggest sensitivities he have.
