As frank castle has no powers, there is no reason at all to not give him the symbyote. I could easily see him operating like the current 'agent Venom' with Flash Thompson. but there is even precedence for the request:

Starting the game over isn't going to change the fact that he's a late comer. He'll just be a late comer that convinced the GM to bend the game to suit how he wants to join, which seems more selfish than anything else.

I think you see something that isn't there. His reboot suggestion is the only thing said in the last month. Now you might be right =, but even if that was the case, I'd rather he come on as a late comer than not come in at all.

Lob watched her fall and sniffed at her to make sure she was okay, but oddly did not help her up off the ground. When she took the blanket, he dropped to his more familiar stooped method of walking.Lob... you're so sweet. This caused him to sniff himself then lick himself in confusion. He didn't smell or taste sweet, he tasted salty and ashy. Does Sundos know about this?? He could get angry if you didn't ask him to cut it for my head.

"On you, sun up. Give you, from him. You cold, him good, you warm. Him good. Lob hole, lob wear. You hole, you wear."

Lob's nostrils flared as he found a scent and took off for the nearest tree, up and up the uneven branches faster than anyone on a ladder could hope to be. Hanging from the boughs, he took in the air again and slid his hand over some scrach marks in he bark still tacky with sap before dropping back down the two stories to the dirt road again.

"Bear."

I believe his intentions are to renew interest. Lost of people don't join something unless they are in on the ground floor of something. So I assume to think of it more like a story arc.

Hero was hammered. No, wait, hammering. Hero was hammering away like an inexplicable anime as he used his magic mallet with no fire to shape the tools they brought with them. Batman would never willingly let his tech fall into the wrong hands, so Hero had taken up the crates of titan toys with them to the new location where he was at work experimenting.

Minimization is always something useful, smaller means easier to place or more to carry, since he could not affect an objects mass, he could affect its density. For the moment he was practicing with grenades to make them smaller and smaller by removing the gaps in the molecules to make a more 'solid' explosive that could fit more in the hand. After the grenades, he would look to experimenting on that talon costume they confiscated to see if any technology from the court of owls could be put to their use.

Now, before you ask, hes not so stupid as to be using explosives or even flash bangs in the hotel. He's practicing the technique with gas grenades only loaded with liquid mist as he tries to improve on not only his own limited skill with this tool but also improve the team as a whole in his own way. With headphones on, listening to greek music, he's blissfully unaware of the knocking on the door.

I'm a little nervous about answering this IC. I worry that it could start a real ooc debate and I'm not interested in that. Later today I will answer in it IC. But... Green lantern slowly stood, not even wasting energy on levitation, he shook his head as he inquired to the ring.
"Adjust ring output to 11 percent, dedicate one percent to constant scanning this planet only for any energy signature matching the energy spike in this location in the last 24 hours. Define familiar unknown."

"Adjusting...Scanning... Definition: Unknown elemental compositions for earth detected, known elemental compositions missing... Scanning....
